Snow came suddenly that there were many accidents on 417 involving multiple vehicles around noon. The good thing is - it didn't seem to involve casulties, at least from what I could see.

This will qualify as one of the most stupid things I have ever done. It happened many years ago but is still fresh in my mind after all these years due to all the hassles. Opened the trunk of the car - a rental and in an out-of-town location, put the car keys down by the box inside, lifted out the box, and then slammed the trunk door shut - with the car keys still inside! :redface:

Having done this and more, and had thoroughly enjoyed the experiences, I echo the advice of the previous two posters - you will have a much better experience with someone you have seen before and with whom you have built up a fair amount of trust before you should consider this. Once you have known and seen this person, and have a good rapport with, the experience of an extended-stayover could be really amazing. There's a lot less pressure such as what one might experience in a one or two-hour type of dates, for one thing. I will do this again in a heartbeat when I have the first opportunity.

Unfortunately, the series ended in Season 5 and I am afraid they are not making any more, or at least I have not heard anything about it. The good news is - you still have 16 episodes left to watch! ;)

I first noticed that recently when I waited deliberately past midnight to send someone a BD wish. But, when the message appeared on her profile page, it still showed the time of the day ( actually night) before. A is for alpine-skiing

I could totally relate to this. I have always felt lonely in this hobby - a hobby unlike others, that I could not discuss with any of my friends for discretion reason even with my closest buddies. Luckily, I have a close SP friend with whom I keep in touch daily by emails and sometimes to have a get-together for social times. Recently, I have also found a couple of hobbyist friends here on cerb and we exchanged PMs and emails frequently and that make me feel a little less lonely. It is note-worthy that whatever we talk about, we are mature and discrete enough not to divulge any personal info. of any SPs we have interest in. As one of the posters mentioned above, I also find that writing a reco or review after a date is a great way to ease this loneliness and to share my wonderful experience. A personal diary may also be a good way to record and keep account of memorable encounters. But for myself, instead of keeping a personal diary, I have found that the "My Notes" at the top right corner of a cerb webpage is a good place to store all my memorable PM's, posts and most of my recos. Whenever I have the need to review something important I have written, I find that this is the easiest place to find it. All that said, I wish this hobby was not such a taboo subject that I could not talk openly with my close friends.

Most likely not. I actually don't think he (Jason Scott Lee) played Bruce that well in that movie. I realize that Bruce Lee was not a fictional character, but was real. I guess those of us who saw his movies knew that the plots were not really that intriguing or great and that his acting was not that great either. In all his movies, he played some kind of a hero displaying his exceptional martial arts skills and beating the crap out of the bad guys (with no exception). Like most MA practitioners and fans, I went to see his movies to enjoy and admire his skills and kick-ass moves. So, in essence, he could come out as any character in any of his movies, I will still see Bruce Lee, the great martial artist. Hope I didn't confuse everybody! ;)
