I can't agree more with what Peachy says - follow the Canadian Food Guide and mix with regular exercise. I must also add that discipline is important in case we stray away too far from our diet plan and exercise routine. Other things that we should keep in mind are the harmful effects of salt and sugar. These harmful effects are well-documented and well-known, which is why you will not find a salt shaker on my dining table.

Like most folks here, I just love kissing - period. I especially love and crave dfk with my favorite SP's before, during and after the sessions. I have received calls like this very often. Sometimes, I'd ask them to leave a phone no. to call them back - when I am in good mood. But, most of the time, I'd tell them to F*ck off!

It has been approximately 2 months since I last saw the adorable Vivian. I decided it was time to reconnect with the sweet cutie and to reward myself with a wonderful pampering session. I actually prefer to be called my real first name by the ladies I meet, although I also like it when they call me by hun, sweetheart, sweetie, babe etc. in a soft and sweet tone. It can be really endearing to hear them whispering those in your ear - as long as it is not a four-letter word starts with "F", lol. In terms of addressing the ladies, I find that most ladies will not want to be called by their real name - and I respect that. I will then call them by their cerb handle, or sweetheart, sweetie, beautiful, princess, angel, etc.

Just want to add that recently, I needed a room for an outcall, both Quality Hotel and Days Inn on Rideau St. would not offer a day rate. I normally only do incall and that was the first time that I needed a hotel room for outcall. These two hotels were of interest to me because of their location.
