Any Monty Python Fans Out There???
72Nova replied to roamingguy's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Ha! Mister Creosote rules. -
I don't know about whether or not functions are disabled on your plan (dumb question, but did you get a data plan?), but if you want to check to see if you are connected to a wi-fi network, go to options -> status. You should see an IP address. Your internet browser will also show you to which kind of network you are attached in the top right hand corner. Hope this helps.

Great choice, playtoe. To enable "right clicks" on the trackpad, go to System Preferences, choose Trackpad, and on the left hand side, under "Two Fingers", make sure "Secondary Click" is checked. Then whenever you want to do a secondary click, tap the trackpad with (sorry, being pedantic) two fingers. Works like a charm. Play around with the trackpad. To me, there's no need for a mouse any more. Enjoy!

What Have You Learned?
72Nova replied to Megan'sTouch's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Manners, politeness, punctuality, and thoughtful gestures matter. It doesn't kill me to smile ;) People sharing a bit of themselves is not weakness, and intimacy is a necessity. I have a "type". It has very little to do with a woman's physical measurements. Life is to be lived. Good experiences are savoured, not-so-good ones become lessons about yourself, even if it takes you decades to really learn them. -
Reasons to disappear for a few hours

Lunches and meetings work well. I've used "had to go get my skates sharpened" before. Odd euphemism, when you think about it... -
what is your favorite 1980s comedy movie?

I had no clue it was a remake. -
If you were a literary character ....

Marvin from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy with a bit of Frank Wheeler from Revolutionary Road thrown in for good measure. -
Lasting longer, as in not tiring out: Cardio works (sex *is* exercise), strengthening your core & hips helps too (squats, deadlifts, etc.) Cycling is a good way to develop a mix of cardiovascular stamina and leg/hip muscle stamina. Lasting longer, as in delaying orgasm: I'd advise your clients to learn the physical sensation that is their "point of no return". Then (and perhaps you could help them ;) ), they should learn what they feel like just before this point in time. When that alarm triggers, as Scott suggested, slow down, switch positions, do something that stops them from continuing toward orgasm. Then, start up again. Know your body. My $0.02...

Mine is from my first girlfriend giving me my first blowjob. While I was still in her mouth, she looked up at me, gave me a big smile and the sexiest wink, and then returned to her task. How I didn't explode right then and there, I'll never know.

Very true. Although despite her asinine statement, I give her credit for having an opinion; far too many of our elected representatives are more than happy to dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge important issues until a poll or a party whip tells them what to think. Better her attitudes be displayed in the open than left to fester in the dark and infect others. (This moment of optimism brought to you by my first coffee of the day. Regular pessimistic countenance returns in about 10 minutes)
