Charging a $50 fee just to meet her seems strange to me. I've never heard of that before. What if a would-be client met her and wasn't interested? Would he get his $50 back? I guess the only way to do it would be to start the appointment immediately after the coffee meeting, otherwise, there's no guarantee they would see her again. But what I'm wondering, is can any SP afford to be that picky? Just my two cents. :smile:

Since she's a friend of mine, she's told me how wickedly funny you are, gorgeously exotic-looking and also how you are literally, one of the sweetest girls she's ever met. I prefer these kinds of movies. The following may be hard to find, but sooo worth it! 1.) Bad Boy Bubby (My fave) 2.) Turtles Can Fly 3.) The Tin Drum 4.) Drugstore Cowboy 5.) Damage Try those! I have spent a better part of 3 years trying to find the best, independent and obscure films and documentaries ever made. I thought I'd be smart and put them all on an external hard drive. Until I dropped it. Every thing is gone and I literally mourned all those films for months! I apologize ahead of time, if you can't find some of these.

The following can usually only be used once: "I was driving to.....and I noticed the car was making a really strange noise. I decided to pull into a garage to see what the problem was. I ended up waiting over an hour for my turn on the hoist and it turns out it was just(insert benign mechanical problem)Guy didn't even charge me!"

Thank you everyone!!! I was not expecting all these accolades on my photography skills. That's why I'm so tickled by them! I carefully reread all opinions, advice and suggestions. Now although there are some unbelievably well-done stylized pictures out there (VJ's come to mind), I've decided to stick with what works. Besides! I have waaay too much fun with my camera! ;) lol Great advice Suzirider! Here's the problem. I've looked online for a decent camera with a remote but they all seem to have cables that attach to the camera and the remote just triggers the shutter. I would LOVE some suggestions on a good camera with a wireless remote! The sooner I get one, the sooner you'll see those pics! ;) Anyone in the know?

Some of my friends know, some don't. If my devout Roman Catholic parents ever found out though...well let's not think about that! lol Truth of the matter is, I've never been happier with this newly secret life of mine! I hate being dishonest, but I think every girl deserves to have some secrets! ;)

I am going to be taking some new pictures, and got to thinking...Do most men prefer the realness and honesty in amateur pics or the stylized and flawless professionally done photos? I'll admit, I would love to have a professional photoshoot done, but I'd be concerned perhaps that the pictures would end up looking better than I actually do in person. And the last thing I would want, is someone being disappointed with the real me. So far, all my photos were taken by me, using a tri-pod and timer. What do you guys think? Should I go for it and get a real photograher who knows what they're doing or, should I just keep setting my timer? Please share your preferences and thoughts with me. :)

Well said! And don't forget it goes both ways. For those SPs, like myself, who drive out these places, the same thing can happen, so hopefully everyone on both sides will be understanding when it comes to prairie winters.:-)

I think it's obvious that opportunistic people who try and use a day like Rememberance Day to profit, have probably never sat down and actually thought about what our veterans have done for us. If they have, and still try and profit, let's just hope others are as disgusted by their actions as we are here, and don't patron the profiteer's business. Don't forget though, many people out there, are all about the money.:cry:
