Why all posts about Bp ladies?
Mikeyboy replied to Amelia Fox's topic in Escort Discussion for Nova Scotia
Isn't the "Escort Discussion for Nova Scotia" section the perfect spot to discuss... um... well... escorts from Nova Scotia? ;) Seriously though. I don't see the issue with people feeling free to ask questions, as long as they follow the rules of the site. If someone doesn't like to read all of those posts, then that is their choice. I don't read them all myself unless I might have something useful to add, but I think people should feel free to ask, and benefit from the experiences of others. The nice thing about this site is that it only allows for the positive responses so it doesn't degenerate into name calling and bashing. I also suspect that many of the new members to this site (hobbiests and sp's alike) arrive here based on finding these discussions. I think it would be counter productive to limit the discussion to members only. If it is a matter of desiring more stimulating topics in this section, then by all means please start these discussions. I agree that it would be refreshing. Just my thoughts. And I mean these comments with all due respect. (And I really mean that Amelia. I am a fan ;) ) I just couldn't help but notice a lack of activity of any kind in this section since this thread, and I don't believe that this benefits anyone. Mikey -
Happy birthday Cato! Hope it's a great one.

It isn't so much what it tells us that is exiting. It's what it has the potential for us to learn. The comparison that seems to fit best is the discovery of X rays, and how their use has advanced our ability to observe and measure everything from broken bones, to the movement of the cosmos. I think the implications of this are going to be staggering; and at the speed we are currently learning, it won't be long before we see the benefit if this discovery.

Lol. I felt the same way. But like a train wreck I just couldn't look away...... ;)

What's with the $300 +/hr SP's
Mikeyboy replied to jaydanger's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
You are right. The original post did not identify a single person, so therefore, it was about EVERY sp who has the audacity to charge over $300 for her time and intimacy. That applies to a large portion of the members of this site. Calling them out publicly and bashing them for it is wrong. That's not what this site is about. -

It isn't up to you what an sp can justify charging. You can choose which ladies to see or not see, but please do it with some class. Judging and calling someone out publicly for the value she places on herself is uncalled for. Just move on if she is out of your preferred price range. Clearly not everyone agrees with your assessment of her value or she would not be able to charge that price.- 81 replies

I've been following this site for a long time now, and it is amazing how often the same, issues, concerns and complaints come up. Things that should be obvious often are not. I thought it might help if I compiled a summery of some of the more common concerns for the newbie section. Hopefully it will help get some of the new gents to the hobby off on the right foot. There may be some here that don't apply to all people or situations, but these are some of the more common ones I have seen over the years: 1. Do your homework first. Nobody likes to have to spend time writing out answers to questions they have already provided answers for on their website or ad. 2. Be respectful during the initial contact. Being abrupt or rude is definitely a bad start. 3. Don't be too explicit. The laws are such that everyone is restricted in what can be said. Some are more careful than others with this, but remember that you are simply compensating for her time. That's all. Asking for anything more specific will often get you no reply at all. 4. Don't haggle. This is not a flea market. Nothing kills the mood faster than telling someone that they are worth less than they think they are. If she is out of your price range, move on politely. 5. If you have to cancel, let her know ASAP. Life sometimes gets in the way of the best laid plans. Their time is their source of income and they have promised some of it to you. At least give them some notice if you won't be able to make it. If you can't give notice, consider offering to compensate her. It has already cost her the time, whether or not you were there. (E-transfers can make this super easy.) ....And just not showing up without letting her know at all is so incredibly disrespectful and uncool. (and a sure way to get yourself black listed.) Just don't do it. 6. If you are sick, cancel. Nobody wants your illness. (But see number 5) 7. Hygiene -It shocks me how often this one comes up. It is for your own benefit to not have her repulsed during your time together. Take a shower and brush your teeth as close to the appointment as possible. If you can't, then ask if she has shower facilities. Many do. (But remember it is on your time.) oh... and wear deodorant! 8. If she asks you to take a shower before hand.... take one. It means one of two things. a) She has a policy that all clients take one, or b) you smell. Either way, it is the same answer: Take the shower if she asks. 9. Respect her time. This means being on time, but not early. Not always easy to be precise, but do what you can. If you are late, don't expect that she will let you stay later to make up for it. Also, don't expect her to be ready early just because you showed up early. Remember, you have an appointment. Respecting her time also means leaving when your time is up without having to be asked over and over. 10. Have the envelope ready at the beginning of the date. Don't make her ask. It kills the mood. I just place it on the dresser or table as I walk in. They can address it or not as they see fit. Of course, all of these points can be summed up with two words: "show respect". If you use that as a guideline, you can't go wrong. I know there are some points that I have missed and some that not everyone will agree with. Remember, this isn't my list. It is a compilation of the most common concerns I have seen since I started following the site. Feel free to add to it if I have missed any.

Disrespect and appointment times
Mikeyboy replied to 50 Shades Raven's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
It still amazes me that this actually happens. I can't imagine booking an appointment and just not showing up. It shows a total lack of respect for other people. Life does sometimes throw you curve balls, but it would be inconceivable not to at least call if I had to cancel. I have also been stood up for dates by a couple of different ladies over the years. On two different occasions, I showed up at the designated hotel and texted as planned, and nothing. Radio silence. No explanation, no apology. Needless to say I didn't try to book with either lady again. As far as being on time goes, I don't mind waiting 5 extra minutes if that's all it actually is. One time 5 minutes turned out to actually be 30 minutes, while I tried to inconspicuously wait in the lobby. Then I was actually told that the reason was that the gentleman before me was late arriving so his time went over. (First of all, not my problem, I was on time. Second of all......take a breath between appointments!) I always arrive at the location a bit early to allow for traffic, etc, although I never contact her until the designated time. I like specific instructions as it takes away the guesswork. I don't want her pissed off at me before we even get started. ;) A little respect goes a long way. -

I can't imagine in what universe anyone could have had an issue with Maraena. She is the stuff dreams are made of. Sweet, caring, attentive, not to mention stunningly beautiful. If someone had a bad experience, it speaks poorly of them in my mind. Not her.

This is a very interesting thread. Although a "Devout Atheist", I have always maintained an "each to their own" philosophy on the subject of religion. That you can have your beliefs, I'll have mine. Although historically, much evil and oppression was committed in the name of religion, that today it is quite benign. I believed that religion was basically harmless and that people were too 'civilized' to allow it to be used against them in this day and age. I've been forced to reevaluate that philosophy however, over the last decade in light of world events. I'm not just talking about the results of Muslim extremists who come to power (although they are a good example). I'm also referring to the Harper Reign of imposing his religion based morals on us in our own "free" country. I'm talking about the power the right wing Christian Fundamentalists have within the government in the US. How some states still require equal teaching of creationism to evolution in schools. The short answer is yes, I feel it is holding us back. There doesn't seem to be a way to truly sever the relationship between church and state under most systems of government. Until that time, religion will be a hindrance to us as a species IMHO.

Is sensuous Full Body massage Illegal?
Mikeyboy replied to Standard Smith's topic in Escort Discussion for Nova Scotia
The recent activity in Sydney seemed to be mainly focused on street prostitution in the downtown core. This came after complaints from local business as I understand it. Not to say that it is safe to break the law in any regard, but that particular situation seemed quite specific. (Unless there have been more incidents that I am not aware of.) Enforcement has always been apt to crack down on visible prostitution out in the open. Keep it away from the eyes of 'respectable folk'. ;) In answer to your question though, it is illegal to pay for any sexual service, and what 'sexual service' means seems to be open to interpretation for enforcement. -
Very sad indeed. The songs all seem to have new significance today. Spoiler alert! Don't keep reading if you have not yet seen the movie and care to. Not sure what the statute of limitations is on discussing movies and spoilers.... but I think we have allowed enough time. For those who have seen it: Did anyone else find the plot line oddly familiar? Almost like Disney took it too literally when the fans said they wanted more of episode IV. It seems more of a remake than a squeal to me. I know this is blasphemous to all of my fellow Jedi's out there who are loving this. I too enjoyed the movie. They did a great job of recreating the look and feel of the original 3 films. It felt like I had gone back in time and was experiencing it as a child again at times. They found that magic in the feel. I just wish they had written a new plot instead of rewriting the first one. OK, so this time Luke was a girl and there is a black storm trooper. (Have to be PC.) The new Darth Vader is a bit of a wuss, and the new Death Star was bigger. (How do we know? they put them sided by side on computer screen to prove it!) It's a really good thing that it's only weakness was on the outside, reachable by an X-wing fighter after flying down a long trench under fire. (You'd think the'd have learned that one already.) And stop hiding the plans in droids and losing them in desert planets! You know they are only going to run into some teenage orphan who is inexplicably naturally strong with the force who will find it and escape with it. OK rant finished. I did actually enjoy the movie. Just wish they had done something different with the plot. Rebuttles?
