One thing is certain now and that is that the relationship is forever changed. Carrying on with the hobby and just being more careful is not likely to be easy as she is on to you now. You will be under the microscope so to speak. It's likely time to make a call about what the relationship is worth to you. If you choose to stay in it, (and no one can answer that question for you), I agree with those here who have said that you should tell only what you remember. No need to research and find every last detail. No good could come from it. Give as few details as needed to satisfy her need for understanding on the topic. Then try to move on. Just some initial thoughts on the subject, from one who is not "yet" in the same boat as you.

This lifestyle is all about fantasy. Reality and fantasy should not be mixed in my opinion. The fact that you had real feelings for her is a good reason not to pursue this in this manner. Too much danger in misunderstanding the nature of the relationship and someone getting hurt. If it was meant to be, it would have happened in the real world. Keep this fantasy world from becoming too personal. Just my initial thoughts on the matter.

I had the great pleasure to meet Miss Sarah today. I've never met so much personality all packed up in one person! She is witty, funny and a little bit wacky! She exudes sexuality, (Oh that Christmas outfit!) but keeps you on your toes. You can never tell what she is going to say or do next. ;) Incredible skills, passionate and just a downright fun person. I would definitely recommend meeting this one. She made my week. Sinfully delicious. Splitz, I apologize if my post was one of the ones you took offense to my friend. I assure you my intention was not mean spirited or malicious. I was having a bit if fun with the imagery of the "all boys tree house" while trying to keep things light spirited. I confess that I've been told on occasion that my sense of humor is an acquired taste ;-) . None the less, I'm sorry if I sounded sarcastic, or even less than supportive. That being said, I still am not convinced that such a section is in the best interest of cerb. You have actually put fourth some good arguments, (which I was struggling for with any previous threads on the subject), but I still think that the potential for abuse out weighs any positive benefit it could bring. I still see it as a means for guys to say things about sps behind their back. I believe that at least on this site, one shouldn't say something about someone if they wouldn't want them to see it. Perhaps I'm an idealist. Either way, I'm sorry if I offended you. Mikey

Not sure if there is or not, but bear in mind that unlike most states, prostitution is not illegal in Canada. I think that le might pay more attention to such a site there, so one would need to use caution. (both sps and hobbyists). I don't suspect you would see the kind of open dialogue that you see here as a result. I might be wrong though. Don't spend much time in the US these days.

After reading all of the posts, I think that there is more agreement here than disagreement. I think that the only issue people have is the original post implying that this experience is evidence that Cerb is wrong to only allow recommendations. Many have pointed out that experiences like this are absolutely not what that rule had in mind. In my mind, this experience right away qualified as a bait and switch before the "bodyguard" even got involved. There was clearly at least an implied threat after that happened. I'm very relieved to hear that that was as far as it went. The idea of this man barging in like that quite frankly scares the hell out of me. There should definitely be a post in the dangerous encounters section, naming names. That is what that section is for. I myself, check it regularly, especially before I book with someone who is unknown to me. I strongly encourage other members to do the same to hopefully avoid this type of situation. In my mind (and I don't speak for cerb by any means) the "no negative review" rule is simply to avoid the cattiness and hostility that it can bring. There is a huge difference between being threatened, and saying something like "A's oral skills aren't as good as B's" or "she needs to lose a few pounds". (The majority of such comments on sites that allow them likely come from jealous competitors, their associates, or stalker ex-boyfriends anyway.) All they do is create an environment that causes many sp's to avoid the boards. So please, if anyone has had such an encounter as this, post it. (in the proper section). It is for the good of everyone to bring these people to light. And thank you to the op for wanting to share this experience. Again, I'm glad it was a safe conclusion. The members search feature is great and there are lots of improvements. I always thought it would be handy if we could search by location as well. (For those of us outside of Ottawa ;-) ) Even if you could sort the list alphabetically by location (the info is already collected) instead of just by name or post count would be very useful. Especially now that there are so many more members to sort through. I do plan to one day travel across this great nation of ours visiting as many of you fine ladies as I can. In the mean time I am usually looking for someone local. Just a suggestion. Keep up three good work! Additional Comments: I stand corrected. I see now that this is an option. Great work Mods. I have to say that although I have loved this show from the beginning, I resisted starting season five until recently. I personally don't think there should have been a season five. They wrapped things up so beautifully after season four. The devolution of Walt's character was complete. We watched him go from a good guy in a bad situation to basically a monster. You always hoped for him and tried to understand his justifications for his actions. They made it so you wanted to believe that deep down, he was a good person. In the end, it turned out that he wasn't, even though they won as I had hoped. Brilliant ending to a series. Now, after watching the first four episodes of season five, I'm finding the whole thing anticlimactic. We know who and what he is, and there isn't much lower he can go. I will keep watching out of curiosity for where they will take it but I still believe they should have stopped on a high note with that ingenious ending. Perhaps a few more episodes will change my mind. ;-) Just my recent thoughts on the show.
