    All public health departments in Canada have a sexual health clinic staffed by RNs. Condoms, dams, etc. are available free, although there may be a requirement for some counseling/education in proper use. They are a great resource.

    Canadians (North Americans) just don't hug enough. When I travel back to Iceland and see my friends and acquaintances hugs and kisses (male and female) are more common than handshakes. It was a little odd to me at first, but being a big huggy bear I adapted rather quickly and I love it! So...hugs to all of you. And a challenge; try hugging one person today rather than shake their hand. ;)

    In another life I worked with public health nurses. One of them was an extremely nice and down to earth lady, close to retirement who had been working the sexual health clinic for about 25 years. Discussing the shaving phenomena, she said: "I haven't seen a full muff in over 5 years". That cracked me up!

    I love the new 'fashion' of shaved pussy. I think nothing is sexier (I hope that isn't Freudian or something). I have shaved myself on several occasions. I have tried short trim, full bald - including scrotum and perianal/anal regions. It is a cool feeling, but something to get used to and if you don't keep it up the regrowth itch is...um...a bummer LOL I've noticed that some of the ladies prefer men to be shaved or at least have a well groomed old man. Poll question for the ladies: Do you like/prefer clean shaven pecker regions?

    Let me ask you a question in hopes of answering yours. In your normal day to day activities you must come in contact and have conversations with many people. Even as a introvert, you must have some opening converstional gambits? Is the uncomfortable conversation as result of the situation? Just remember that it is a person you are with: practice non-judgement, defencelessness and connection. The conversation will flow. Or...you could always talk about the horrible summer weather we had ;-)
