For personal and professional reasons my activities within this community have remained with me. And they will stay that way. I am extremely discrete and private and very cautious when meeting ladies. I almost never partake in my home town and only when I travel to reduce chances of seeing someone I know and could be recognized. Also the reason why I've never participated nor would in activities like CERB socials. As much as I would love to meet more of the community and even some of the great guys here...just too much at stake.

Agree with Jack on the clubs. As far as FS or SP, I think better to start with the RECO section. Ottawa has many beautiful and amazing ladies so easiest to start with what your interest are. I'm sure you'll find someone who interests you.

I'm probably more in the known category. First I really enjoy getting to know someone beyond the 'appointment'. As other gents have said this might simply be reading a woman's posts, looking at and appreciating the professional approach to her website, smiling/laughing at her tweets, getting a moment to play together in chat, etc... For me I find all this just grows the admiration and respect I gain for a particular lady which then makes our time together that much more special for me. And I certainly like longer dates and having time for conversation. This entire approach then also extends to seeing ladies again. Now for me I partake mainly when I travel. So this means I don't always have the access to see the ladies I might want when I want. So when I'm coming to a particular city if I've found myself attracted to a certain lady, have seen her and felt we both had a good time...then I'm likely to want to repeat that and get to know her even more. My variety comes mainly from visiting different cities. And in some cases a few touring ladies are on my radar and it has happened that our travel plans cross and we've had a chance to meet. Works well for this cub. Now I just need to keep on travelling.

I'll say Liquor. (although I like beer too) But mainly a scotch fan. Watching Movies. At Home or in the Theatre?

I've thought about this too and great question to ponder. When I leave I would like to celebrate how I've approached this. Many gents are unique in what they like from these activities. I would say to look back and consider what brought you the most happiness and pleasure and expand upon that. So for some it might be something more erotic. Might be something more risky or kinky. Might be more private/intimate. Might involve multiple partners. Etc... For me if I've been at this for awhile and now leaving, I would go with what I've enjoyed most. And in my case it is about a 5 day get away to somewhere half way around the world. It would involve much art, music, culture and food. I would want it to memorable that we would both never forget. And I would want her to have something that she would cherish and keep, so she could look back on our relationship and final time together. (Ok now I'm excited and sad...and not quite ready) Cub

I would likely never do this. Exceptions might be a travel date where $ are higher and the lady might incur additional up front expenses or an extended date say > a day. Or if it is someone I have an established relationship with and for whatever reason if makes sense for both of us. But I am very concerned about any paper trail or record thus 'cash at the moment' seems to work best. Other concern would be a 'no show' on the ladies part. Which has happened. Cub
