When you brine it, make sure it is completely dried before cooking. Also, lot's of butter under and on the skin is great. My favority turkey seasoning is summer savory, not savory, SUMMER savory. You can get it at bulk barn. Mix is in with the butter and massage away :)

I have made them with cauliflower chopped up rice size, kinda the same texture so it fools the palate. They were pretty darn good!

This is what is so wonderful about living in a society with the ability to express themselves. You have the choice to read, view, listen to what you want and either agree, disagree or sit on the fence. We have the right to decide and hopefully not be judged. (at least I know I don't judge) Not everyone should have to agree nor feel they should agree to gain acceptance! I love our right to diversity!

It's too bad CFL is not what it used to be but I was always more of an NFL gal anyways :) Oh, and Sunday football at my place....for sure!

Oh, and before someone mentions the fact that children may see this...a good parent would never allow it. Plus, with all of the childproofing on the tv and internet, there is no reason why they should. Only poor parenting would allow this!

To be perfectly honest, since NO ONE is immune to the rantings on Family Guy, I just find this par for the course. I love the show and it's take on freedom of speech. Shoot me if you will but I have a somewhat warped sense of humour. I can appreciate that this show is offensive to many, but bid you to not condemn me for my sense of humour! :) Hey, if you don't like it, don't watch! PS...I laughed!
