Club 61, on rue Principale in Aylmer, closed last year (or was it 2 years ago?). Anyway... Club 77 on Main street, Gatineau, is still up and running. I went back recently (after many years) and it wasn't very busy. The CR have potential though.

I had a few dances from Chrissy yesterday, early evening. I remember taking her for dances a while ago (probably over a year, I think she was just starting back then) and, even although she was cute, let's say she didn't really impress me. Months passed, I saw her often in the club, we chatted a few times but I never took her back in the CR. For some reason, yesterday she looked particularly hot and, when she came to talk to me again, she was pretty flirty, so I finally decided to give her another chance. And boy, I'm glad I did. She has obviously much more experience now and knows how to put a smile on a man's face. I recommend her. BTW, I also saw Morena and Heidi before her. Both were really sexy, but Chrissy really stole the show of my evening.

Samara was there last night. She has also worked at Pigale, Playmate and Barbarella's in the past few months. She danced for me and her dances were not bad. No extra. Had a dance from Carmella yesterday around dinner time, a short, dark skinned, muletto girl from South Africa. She has a tatoo of a lion head on her back. I recommend her; she's good in the c.r.! Makayla was also there and, although she asked me to go downstairs to have fun with her, I didn't go since Carmella had me completely exhausted! By the way, I don't think we'll be seeing Riley at Pigale anymore. One other stripper told me she was involved in an incident at the club. I don't want to say too much since this is all second hand info, but the outcome is that she likely won't be at the club, at least for a while.

I don't think it's a case of wanting what we can't have either. I've also noticed that the "other" girls working in a strip club (i.e. not stripping) are often as attractive, if not more, than the strippers themselves. There's probably a rational reason like, for instance: 1) A less attractive girl might not feel confortable working in that kind of environment, surrounded with more beautiful girls, where she would not feel at her place. She would be less inclined to apply for the job. 2) Maybe the people who hire them (likely men who are attracted to the stripper type) consciously or unconsciously filter the candidates. 3) There might also be some social selection involved, where the most attractive waitresses make the most tips and are more likely to stay. The Pigale has had several hot coatcheck girls, barmaid and waitresses. The same can be told of the other clubs in the area. In fact, I know an ex-stripper who is not a waitress in one of those clubs and I don't find her MORE attractive now than I did before. Mind you, I do miss the time she was stripping though...

In that case, since there's a few club owners, shouldn't we call it an oligopsony? I'm not even sure if the word exists...

Whiteman, you're talking about sundays. Nth dimension is talking about saturdays. I can confirm that the Taboo opens at 4PM on sundays and earlier on saturdays (I don't recall the exact time but 2PM sounds about right). The Pigale opens at 7PM on both days. But quite frankly, I don't recommend going to neither club less than 1 hour after opening time. Otherwise, you risk ending up the only customer in the place, waiting for the first dancers to get ready in the changing room (and we all know that can take forever...LOL).
