    You don't have to bring a gift. You are not expected to bring a gift. However if you really want to bring one .. purchase a gift certificate for the lingerie store listed on her website you mentioned.

    The Marriott on Kent Street. They don't lock the doors after a certain time and no keys needed. The room is nice and the most comfortable beds ever. The Crowne Plaza is alright, same deal.. rooms are pretty dated though. The Residence Inn Marriott connected to the Indigo on Laurier Avenue is good too however they lock the doors at 11PM so you need key access to get in the hotel.
