When I read what you write your personality shines through but I'm not sure what you write will always override the visual. As Brad said, to thine own self be true and you will win over hearts and minds.

And this may or may not work for you but if you know your vanilla work schedule for a few days in advance it may be helpful if you were to post on LYLA your availability for clients for those upcoming days. I may be naive, but I tend to agree with Cinelli's first post. And that is that I feel I can trust completely the CERB ladies I have met a few times. I do believe that you can get a good sense of, for want of better words, their "business ethics". And, from that belief of mine, I disagree with the notion that these ladies will take advantage of a perceived opportunity in a "depressed market" to increase their donations. In short, I believe there is a lot of goodwill, and trust, between escorts and hobbyists who already have established a relationship.

Way back in February I first met Savannah. It was cold in Halifax and, to say the least Savannah warmed the cockles of my heart. And not only my heart. Back then I described her effect on me as that of a kind of tsunami created by in iceberg tipping over and washing over me. Not a good analogy when I think back because what washed over me was warm, and then got hot and ... well, you get what I mean. But the tsunami effect on me was accurate. A new experience with a new, lovely woman. It did crash over me, and immersed me. Update. I just saw Savannah for the 3rd time. Anyone who knows her will know that she enjoys fine wine. And what I have learned over these 3 encounters is that she is like one of those fine wines - a subtle, many-layered taste on the tongue, subtle aromas for the nose,complex and intriguing, to be lingered over, always inviting a second taste. And good wine is never so enjoyable as with good conversation. All of us on CERB know YMMV. I have to tell you that my mileage has been varying by increments, increasing that is, each time I see Savannah. I may have to take a fibrillator with me the next time I see her.

5'9 1/2. I have to add the 1/2" because, despite the physical, incontrovertible evidence, I insist my daughter is not taller than me. It's a loving Dad/daughter thing. Bald on top. Hair on the sides, kept short in the summer but I let it grow longer in the cold weather. Full (trimmed) beard and moustache. My family have described me as a "skelf" = that's a Scottish word meaning kind of skinny. But that's a comparative term. Some ladies (not Cerb ladies) have told me they like my quads. That's from playing soccer. I would say as a general description, I'm unremarkable. Can't help but add that one day, a few years ago, a waitress in a coffee shop did say I sounded like (not looked like) Sean Connery. It was love at first sight - for me.

I think this is a very useful thread. Other threads have discussed the nature of the relationship between the SP and the client or hobbyist in the context of the time they spend together. That relationship has been described as indulging in a fantasy - on the hobbyist's part. It's a good way of describing it. It's a good way for the hobbyist to remember it. I can understand where the question comes from and I believe the posts have addressed the question. If one is single and lives alone and one has enjoyed an intimate encounter with a SP, particularly a SP who has, through her skills and professionalism made that encounter very personal to the hobbyist, there is a danger when reflecting on the encounter, of the hobbyist slipping over the edge of the boundaries of the relationship. While that may be thought of as a tribute to the SP the hobbyist has to recognise the reality that to cross the boundary may be a genuine cause of concern and discomfort for the SP. A reality check, thinking of the true SP/hobbyist relationship is always a good thing. Hope this is helpful.

Variety and comfort. I would add to the mix - security. There are a few ladies I've seen a number of times, and it's not just comfort for me. It's getting to know them better and to feel secure in the confidences that tend to be exchanged when that comfort level is achieved. Variety is a huge temptation, and one which I succumb to. Truth to tell, I sometimes feel a bit guilty when I "stray" from those wonderful ladies who have given me so much in the way of intimacy. My guilt is obviously misplaced because those same ladies have not hesitated to give me a recommendation when needed. They understand that desire for variety. That's one of the wonderful things about the cerb community. I hope to live long enough to complete the circle. And to start a new one. OMG - maybe, instead of a duo - I could have a quadruple!! Wow - What would they do to me? Sweet dreams of that scenario.

I would say you'd get short odds with the bookies on your predictions. But, I'm ever the romantic, being from Scotland, and I would love to see Costa Rica upset the big boys. Brazil v Chile today. Brazil looked to be dominant in the first half but when Chile equalised it took a long time for them to regain their composure. They are vulnerable. Colombia v Uruguay - a very scrappy game with Uruguay determined not to let Colombia get into any kind of rhythm, no matter what it took to do so. I have always loved Diego Forlan as a player. This will be his last World Cup. He's in his mid 30s I think. He's class. Too many of his teammates were not class. And the classiest player of the game was Rodriguez. What a talent. And he's still so young.

The knockout stage is over and the surprises continue. It makes for enthralling watching. Some great exciting football and some unsavoury incidents all helping to keep me glued to the TV and web. Great to see Algeria go through. They meet Germany in their next game and there's some history there as in 1982 (I think that's the correct year) Germany and Austria are alleged to have colluded to produce a result that put them both through to the knock out round but had the effect of denying Algeria. Even with all the upsets we've seen so far I can't see Algeria beating Germany. Greece have manage to get through. I hope they don't play their typical stifling game, known in soccer circles as "parking the bus" in front of goals. As well as the Suarez biting incident there is a photo of a laser light being shone on the Russian keeper's face just as Algeria took the free kick which produced the tying goal which took Algeria through. Ghana kind of self destructed with internal arguments and 2 players being sent home before their last game. In the history of the World Cup in S. America only a S. American team has won the Cup. Will there be another "first" this time around? Germany and Holland look like contenders. Apparently there are some doubts about the fitness of Holland's captain Arjen Robben. He has matured a whole lot, he used to be notorious for his "diving". If he's not fit it will be a big blow and Dutch teams are well known for internal strife. Messi is coming onto his game, he's dragging the Argentine team with him. Neymar is dragging Brazil with him. Colombia looks strong all around. Chile are a "team" and the same with Costa Rica. Can hardly wait.

It has been a good tournament so far way surpassing South Africa in 2010 with so much more "flair" attacking football. The S. American teams are doing well. Suarez has the support of more talent in his Uruguay team than Ronaldo can rely on with Portugal. And Suarez puts everything into his game, which can get him into trouble at times but hopefully not at this tournament. It's amazing that it's only about 4 weeks ago that he had knee surgery. We have yet to see much "flair" from Brazil, apart from Neymar but as the tournament goes on the way teams play changes. If my memory serves me correctly I think only S. American teams have won the World Cup when it has been hosted in A. America. The way things are going it looks as though S. America will have more representatives in the next round and that must increase the odds of a winner. But, as they say, anything can happen in football.

Faking is, unfortunately, a strategic part of the game and seems to me to become increasingly a part. It's often called "diving" when a player with the ball will fall with little or no contact and will then vet very dramatic rolling around and clutching the appropriate body part. It's illegal. But whether it's called as a foul will depend on the referee's interpretation and culturally there seems to be a greater tolerance for it in Latin countries.
