You are grieving, and it hurts bad. Given the emotional investment you've put into your relationship, the grief and the hurt... both understandable. It's good that you are reaching out; and while this community can offer you some respite, we are also detached. So if you no longer have a close friend to confide in, seek professional help, someone who can coach you through your feelings to help you get to a point where you can make reasoned decisions for yourself. And by that I mean a point where both your heart and head can work together and make an informed choice. When you do get to that point, choose to be happy. It's only reasonable that a SP could fall for a client. SPs are, after all, human. If the SP puts a stop to seeing you as a client, the reason may well be because the relationship between the two of you has grown to a point where it is putting at risk that element of self-control and self-discipline your SP must have in order to make a livelihood. And that, as everyone should understand, needs to come first. Be grateful that you had the privilege of having shared some great moments with this person, and be graceful. Accept that she is not ready to take it to the next level and that for now at least, your relationship with her, such as it was, has ended. Consent is EVERYTHING. If this person wants you back in her life, she'll let you know.

Interesting thread, especially nowadays since wherever we look, be it online, print, tv programming, music, etc. people are working hard to get noticed. Personally, yes, I do notice when/if a woman goes to the effort, including the effort that goes into looking one's best au natural. (Wonderful how simple plain lip gloss makes a woman's lips look oh so yummy!) But great looks are transient. Yes you can get my attention with how you look, what you wear, the glow that goes with healthy skin... but you'll lose my attention just as quick with poor attitude and language. There's a lot to be said for good follow through. Just my two cents...

I noticed a news article that appeared yesterday, here... http://www.canada.com/news/Insite+ruling+could+affect+Canada+anti+prostitution+laws/5519058/story.html I found the article noteworthy, because it suggests the logic underpinning the recent SCC ruling that will keep the Insite injection site in Vancouver open could be successfully applied to void Canada's anti- prostitution laws. I hope so!

I can see the points-of-view about the shower, but I agree with you, Jude. It would be a 'nice to have' but really, if the service is not good, the customer won't return. In fact, there are a number of RMTs who do just fine with a portable massage table, and themselves, since it is their skills at massage therapy that sells them on the customer.

Just wanted to add my voice in favour of keeping this thread open. Nothing would be served by jumping to conclusions; and since even this site is being implicated by mere association, I believe it is that much more important that things be communicated as openly as possible. After all, one of the issues is transparency and accountability. And if people here in this community can't do it, no one will!

I am pro-choice. I cannot fathom a situation where e.g. in the worst case (rape resulting in unwanted pregnancy) the woman should be compelled against her will to carry a fetus to term. Part of the beauty of pro-creation is that, ideally, both partners WANT it to happen (hence the prefix, "pro-" creation). At the very least, the would-be mother, as the host, should definitely want to carry to term; and that to me is the beauty of "pro-" choice.

Hello, your hours seem quite reasonable to me, perhaps until 9pm Wed, instead of 8pm, and making Sat "By Appointment Only" instead of indicating "sometimes off" in order to give you flexibility -- but you know your business best.
