A grower is one who doesnt look impressive till it gets aroused, and a "shower" is one that looks good even before aroused, hehehehe

By that definition, I'm definitely a grower...

No issues with the surgery (yeah, kinda stressful during the process, but no pain/etc)

Eyes are 20/20 average between both.

I'm pleased with my decision to have it done despite having held off for a long time. I would not change my decision to have it done.

Of note, I still reach for my glasses on the night-stand in the morning. Hard to break a 34 year habit.

Where: (adverb) 1. in or at what place?

I'm presuming you meant "Where" rather than "were"....unless clarity is not your strong suit?

Um, I don't know much about Condos...never lived in or owned one myself. I am familiar with that area as I watched a friend's condo when he was deployed for 9 months and he lived in that vicinity. Nice buildings, central, etc.

Did you hear about the Spitfire they found in a UK bog last year? They were able to pull the wing MG's out and able to piece a functional one together out of the lot, which they then test-fired using the ammo that had been buried with the plane.

Amazing. John Moses Browning was a Genius.

And Spitfires are amazing...the right plane, at the right time to save a nation. There's nothing like the roar of a Merlin Engine to get the heart pounding....nothing except 4 of them tuned together when a Lanc rolls it's wheels over your head followed by a pair of Spits. Magnificent.

Some very nice spots there, lots of stuff within walking distance, some good history/culture if you're into that.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Excelsior there, and it's got a beautiful view, a real nice pool, a spa, and is worth the $$$. 5 Stars, and worth every one of them.

Jets, ships....our newest major ships in the fleet are almost 20 years old...the oldest are well over 40.

Our newest jets are almost 30.

I just hope Irving does a better job building ships than fixing them.
