  1. You're getting me all excited now! LOL!

  3. I've got the best solution - You just need to hobby more! :bddog:
  4. Sometimes I bump my ads so I don't have to start a new thread. Is this okay? I've commented on occasion, especially for ladies like SarahMQ and megforfun who post creative ads. I've never seen this as hijacking.
  5. Decriminalization is what most providers would prefer (at least from my experience). Decriminalization involves removing the laws that criminalize us. Legalization would be making it legal, under certain conditions which may include licensing, zoning of places where prostitution is legal, mandatory STD testing, etc. NO THANKS!!! This is not sex-work positive or woman-positive, in my view. If you look at places where it's legalized, like certain jurisdictions in Nevada, the only legal way to work is in a brothel where you are kept like a prisoner, you can't leave, and they take 50% of your money. Can we say, state as pimp?? I agree with this. Human needs don't just including food and shelter. We all have a basic needs for human contact and touch. But I don't see the government going that route any time soon, unfortunately.
  6. This is a way to attract bad clients, at least from my experience! Predators love the new girls!
  7. I may be incorrect about this, but I recently read the City of Ottawa bylaws regarding licenses for massage parlours. I noticed they had to be a certain distance away from residential areas and strip clubs. I'm not sure if this may be a reason for the lack of massage parlours in the market.
  8. My best guess is that women feel threatened by sex workers, that we are competition for their boyfriends or husbands!
  9. I love pole dancing. I'm not great at it, but I do enjoy what I am able to do. I say go for it!
  10. Why doesn't she trust you're word about the results? Why don't you feel comfortable disclosing your experiences with SPs? It sounds to me more like a relationship issue than a VG Hospital Site issue. Also, why does the questionnaire ask if you've ever paid for sex? Money doesn't increase the risk of STDs or STIs.
  11. Myself and Bethany's Sweetest Massage are within walking distance.
  12. No such luck at many clubs in the city. You guys don't get to see what goes on behind the scenes. At Bare Fax when I started working they told me "collect money every 2 songs. If you come to us saying he owes you $60 or more it's your own fault." When I tried the Silver Dollar, there are signs saying "Dances must be paid for upfront. Gentlemen, if a dancer does not collect the money, the dance is free!"
  13. That's my point is that dancing is even riskier to us because we can't ask for money upfront due to the culture. It just doesn't work.
  14. I've been in this industry for 3 years, and only in the last 3 months did I start insisting on payment upfront. I have NEVER been ripped off *knock on wood*.
  15. I think it's pretty ridiculous when someone tries to equate an age difference with incest. I love older men and I've had a few people tell me: "He's old enough to be your father!" to which I reply: "Yeah I know, and your boyfriend/husband is old enough to be your brother. Pretty sick!" That usually shuts them up :)
  16. Here is my interpretation of "stretching it". There is one well-known agency that advertises PSE, CIM, COF, Greek, etc. for the majority of their providers. Frequently, due to the YMMV thing, the providers don't offer this even though it was advertised. That is well within their right and I respect that, but it leaves clients dissapointed and it puts to the provider in a difficult position where she may feel pressured. The other agency in my mind advertises GFE only, but reportedly many of the providers also offer PSE services and I've read reviews on other boards of clients being pleasantly surprised. So I do think it's stretching it a bit to advertise things that are clearly a YMMV thing as it can lead to bad experiences for both the provider being pressured, and the client who doesn't get what he wants. I think it's better to do it the way the 2nd agency mentioned does where the provider commits only to GFE and then her clients get a "pleasant surprise." Everyone leaves happen. I would say advertising CIM is "stretching it" and I don't think it's prudish at all. Perhaps it would be better to advertise CIM YMMV, unless there are providers here where that is not a YMMV option, which I don't think there are.
  17. CERB is a recommendation board, not a review board, and I believe recommendations of ladies are welcomed no matter where they advertise.
  18. From my experiences, the clubs usually open around 5pm. You could try giving them a call.
  19. It's on the DNR (Do not discuss or review) list.
