If the lady is booked through an agency, or hires a security guard or driver to help with her outcall, then a criminal act has taken place. Outcalls get us around the bawdy-house law, but that is not the only law relating to prostitution.

Well, they're supposed to represent them but that isn't always the practice. From my knowledge, many agencies function as employers. I have never heard of a Canadian agency checking for STD's and I'm not how they would even do that since health records are private. Legalized brothels, such as though in Nevada, do.

Safety?? LOL! If only it were that simple, that all we had to do is shave down there and we would be disease free. This is dangerous misinformation to spread. Shaving has nothing to do with disease or hygiene. You can catch an STD or STI regardlesss of your pubic hair situation. With regard to hygiene, just shower and wash with a mild soap once a day and you'll be fine. There is nothing unhygienic about having hair.

They may have contacted the clients for other reasons such as gathering evidence, or to issue "Dear John" letters. I highly doubt it was to charge them with bawdy house.

From my understanding, the interpretation and practice of the law is that you have to be there when the police bust the place. If you frequented a bawdy house and left without being arrested, you are fine (even if the place is busted at a later date). I have never heard of any recent Canadian case where people were arrested post-visit. Ultimately, the police are just interested in shutting the place down and not in catching every single client.

I would agree with you, but I find the people who argue that Christmas is "too commercialized" are trying to return the holiday to the Christian faith and its values.

It is illegal to live off the avails of prostitution, so by arranging an outcall for you with Sophia, he was committing a criminal act. Obviously he meant it as a weak excuse, but the arrangement is illegal nonetheless.

I'm not a fan of the Christian faith, so I don't really care if Christmas is commercialized. I think there are more important things to worry about in the world than on what date eggnog comes out.

We are only human, and we tend to grieve to people who are closest to us and to whom we can relate. Grief is not and should not be a competition. The children you depict don't need our sympathy, they need our help and selflessness.

If a lady sees several gentlemen in one place, the place becomes a common bawdy house. If she visits gentlemen at their location, she is not operating a bawdy-house. This law was challenged because incalls are statistically safer for us than outcalls, thus the law prohibits us from protecting ourselves.

I prefer incalls. I feel comfy in my space and I like having control over my environment.

...but communication could be used as evidence that you are operating a common bawdy house. The practice of the law is generally more relevant than the letter of the law. I would suggest reading into bawdy house charges in your are and seeing under what circumstances were charges laid and how did they go about their investigations. Not all details will be released to the public, but learn what you can. Knowledge is power!

People seem to often believe that sex workers, regardless of sector, lure faithful husbands away from their wives, corrupting them and ruining families. This is not something I would know on my own, as I have no experience, but after talking with several clients, I think we may actually save marriages. I've been told that many men, after being married for many years and dealing with the stresses of kids, money, etc. lose the intimacy and sexuality they once experienced with their wives. I understand how difficult it can be to be passionate with each other when the kids are acting up all day and you disagree about finances (who doesn't?). I believe that intimacy, human touch, and sexual experience is a basic human need that is required to live a happy life. When this is lacking in a marriage, men may feeling resentful towards their wives for not taking care of them in this way. Though the marriage itself may be functional, happy, and overall fulfilling, this void can be a huge strain on a marriage. My clients have told me that when they see me and their intimate/touch/sexual needs are met, they go home to their wives in a new light. They don't feel resentful. They don't feel unfulfilled. The void has been filled. They love their wives and are ready to continue being life partners and doing all the things life partners do together. I believe there is a rule that you can't have 2 children from the same donor within 100 miles of each other. Of course, there is always the possibility of moving, etc. but the chances would be extremely low that two half-siblings would meet each other and have a romantic relationship.

Suggesting ways to protect yourself is not blaming you for her behaviour. It's wrong for people to enter the homes of others without permission, but hey, I still lock my doors at night!
