I have everything checked to receive my notifications to my Gmail. Has it been confirmed that Gmail is blocking us too? I'd rather ask and not assume but it's been days since anything arrived in my Gmail inbox. If they are blocking us and I have done everything to allow my notifications to get through, are there any other email providers that no one has ever had an issue with? Thanks in advance, Lexy

I will choose my thoughts and words very carefully as I too can relate to this situation. Whether it is done online and even via email or PM's, we either always see/read it or get told about what slanderous things are being written or said. It is very hard not to respond online or contact that person. We are human and the first thing when someone attacks us is to defend ourselves. What I have learned is you can't have a civil conversation with someone of that mentality and it's like communicating with a rock. It does make you question their motives and want to ask why but truthfully in my experience it's useless to even bother. You have a wonderful community of friends, fellow companions who also understand and have dealt with being the target of simply put a mean spirited person. You know who you can confide in and that you have a safe place to vent, there is no denying that these things are hurtful and upsetting. Don't ever let someone try to break your spirit and that is what I feel the motive in my situation among other distasteful things was and currently is based on. You are an amazing, beautiful, kind person and keep your head held high, do not give anyone that type of power over you and shake it off. Easier said, I know but this is beneath you. The best thing you can do is ignore and contact the sites where this slander and harassment is being posted to have it removed. This is cyber bullying and a crime. All my love!! xoxo

Well this is some headache! They started to come through after 9:30p.m. (April 30th) and now no notifications received to my Gmail since April 30th after 10:00p.m. I have done everything to allow the notifications, added all Lyla addresses' to my contacts and nothing was going to my spam and not a thing from all the PM's notification's I received today. :icon_rolleyes:

No notifications being received at my Lyla only Gmail since last night.

When we got blocked from Hotmail/live, I created a gmail for my notifications from here only. This happened to me back in January where they just stopped going to my gmail but it was only for a day, fingers crossed. I think these are much more than just pet peeves and only for the reason it happens so often but in any case they are upsetting "pet peeves". 1. Sites that steal your pictures, contact info and in doing so put the wrong name on the ad they placed with my stolen content for me. This is no way to get business, any professional site wouldn't pull such slimy tactics. I have removed one but now another one has appeared and I am unable to remove it as I did the first, I am now taking a much different approached for it to be removed. 2. Seeing my words verbatim copied and pasted on another ladies ad. It's distasteful, extremely unprofessional and happens way too often. Things like this should never happen but they do, no two ladies are alike and our ads reflect our uniqueness and originality. I just have to shake my head at such actions like this. This is so disappointing to see/read my work/wording just copied and pasted like it's alright. It's not alright, it's theft!

They did the same to me and sent an email to "claim my profile", it had all my info but the wrong name. I just disregarded the email until the lovely Raven gave me a call. Thank you so much Raven! I did send a very professional email under the instruction of my attorney that did reference legal action and such. I'm not too patient when my pictures, information and such are stolen. I've dealt with my fair share of that foolishness. Raven informed to go to the site, get them to send you a reset password email and I removed all my pictures, contact info and I also disabled the profile. If I was sent a proper invite, I may have considered trying the site out but you don't steal my stuff and that is no way of doing business, I could care less if they were offering a premium upgrade. I don't deal with sketchy sites like that who steal and try to keep you by offering perks.

I have watched it and I must say and this is certainly not to ever take anything away from the ladies involved in such situations or to dilute what their experiences are and have been but I personally can say for me what those ladies have endured and go through has never been the case for me, I do know of what they go through and for the ones who got away have dealt with is very much real. At first, prior to the show airing I was a bit pissed and turned off and thinking "that is not reality for all of us" and they are only showing the horrid side but as I watched the show it gave me another perspective to the dark side of this lifestyle and what can and does happen. I didn't care for the comments that something has had to have gone wrong in a ladies life to choose this profession or that we chose to escort for any other reasons besides we actually want to, we enjoy this line of work and many have entered in to this line of work with no traumatic event leading to this profession. The one aspect I did like about the show is that it is bringing awareness to the dark and opposite side of the spectrum in this lifestyle that is very much real and a problem but with that said it is not the case for me and many ladies who have truly chosen to voluntary enter in to the business of their own free will.
