Your Favorite Kid Toy
Katherine of Halifax replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
We had plently of games and toys in our home. The thing we did most was as a family though, we played cards almost every night. As children they were kids games but as we grew we played cribbage and 45's. This tradition remains and when we get together the cards and board will still come out. My sister and I could play cribbage by the time we were seven years old. -

MRnice you have me baffled, I don't think I'm as smart as you gave me credit for!! Lol. -
Ah Steve thank you, you are such a darling. You could mail me my gift long after our date and it would be fine. Gentlemen like you don't happen along every day and I am so grateful for you. xoxo

A couple of months ago I had a gentleman visit me form Montreal. He paid me up front and I could tell there was a card in the envelope, how nice. After he left I opend his card and then realized the envelope was a bit short. It was not enough for me to care about one way or the other so I just put it out of my mind. In a few hours the phone rang and there was my client "freaking " out that he had shorted me. He found spare cash in his wallet and realized it was to have gone in my envelope. He then proceeded to drive 30 minutes in a cab to pay me the difference even though I said it was fine. For me it was plenty that he cared enough to call and make ammends. At any rate he came out here post haste and cound not have been nicer . Thank you to my Montreal sweetie, that was such a nice thing for you to do and I hope if you visit my area again you will chose to visit me.

I did exactly what Saminisam has suggested when I last went to Moncton. I shipped everything via FedEx and it arrived to the motel in tip top shape. I even sent my massage table, it and all my stuff was in my room waiting for me. This is the way to go for me as I hate dragging luggage and the goodie trunk along. If you use the same company all the time they will give you a deal and it saves a whole lot of work.

Myself as well, and ..... we sure can pack a lot into our vacation, sort of like an all inclusive. ;) -
A Very Basic Question
Katherine of Halifax replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Most of my guests visit during the day so we call it a mini vacation especially if its an extended visit. Just seems to be more fun when you call it a vacation! -
Well I wonder where I fit in here. Its not always the case but right now I weigh 140, stand 5 5 and you can bounce a dime off my well toned butt or anywhere else for that matter. Size 4, a spinner? I think not, but I don't fit into any other catagory either. I think I will forget all the catagories because the body will eventully fail us all and we will have to rely on our sparkeling personalities. :-) Perhpas some clients come to visit because of my reported physical condition but I think they come back because they are treated like kings and if I'm a spinner or a BBW it makes no difference in the end.

Thank you Mod.

New to CERB?
Katherine of Halifax replied to Studio 110 by Sophia's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Unfortunatly Sophia we all get there type of emails, gentlemen asking questions, looking for pics etc , really there are many people that have no intention of booking an appointment at all. Every inquirey I receive I take the time to properly answer all questions and in a timely manner. Many times I never hear another word back. Until the proper screeing is done and I feel there is a solid appointment I would never wait around for someone to get back to me from just an PM or two. Its just a waste of time in many cases as you have seen and pointed out. -
What would you do?
Katherine of Halifax replied to explorer69's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I have never messed up anyone's appointment but have come close to making errors. Hopefully it will never happen but if I made a mistake or forgot you I would do something to make it up to my client. At the very least I would offer a free massage or more than likely I would offer a make up date on me. We all make mistakes but as a S P I would want to show my client I was really sorry and this would be a great way to make ammends. -
How "poor" have you been?
Katherine of Halifax replied to Dorinda Bloom's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I was brought up with a healthy respect for money. We lived on a farm so had plently of food but not a lot of extras. By university I had learned many ways to make a dollar last longer. One thing I remember doing in school is washing milk bags or any other plastic bag to take my lunch to school. I spent a lot of time doing this and my kitchen looked like a plastic bag laundry. It seemed back then I was saving a fortune doing this, I am laughing right now thinking about it. Thanks ladies for the trip down memory lane. -
Happy Family Day!

Lucky people that get family day, enjoy it. In Nova Scotia we don't get one. Our government has debated this but decided no family day for Nova Scotians. -

If you are as nice as last time I might come visit you again. ;-)

Descriptive Word Meanings?
Katherine of Halifax replied to cat's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
What a great thread Cat. I suffer form much the same problem. While a size 4 pants are what I wear I am far from a spinner. As someone that has spent most of thier life in a gym I carry more muscle than an amateur jock or some professional ones for that matter. How do I describe myself? I don't. I feel energicially the right people are attracted to me without me saying one word about my body type. I used to be afraid gentlemen would be intidimated by my body but this has never happened even once, so there is no need to worry about a perfect word to describe ones self. Just own who you are and you will be loved for whatever body you have. Love and light to you Cat. -
I hope this is permitted as it is not negative. I have had a very positive experience with this gentleman and found him to be very polite, generous and on time. Again I hope I am not out of line but feel when there is something good to say it needs to be said. I hope I will be able to see him again in the future.

Your Last Supper?
Katherine of Halifax replied to Soleil Sublime's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Ha ha Jake, there is nothing like one is there? I was wondering if anyone to the west would have had one as they are so native to Halifax. I had something in Ontario once called a gyrno and it said on the menu it was a copy of the Halifax donair. Sadly it was not even close. Just another reason to visit Halifax!!
