Went to Barb's a few times this week after a long absence. Thankfully there are some new (to me anyway) girls that are totally my cup of tea. I did ask the owner. He said the news of Barb's alleged imminent closure is just a rumour. He also said all the current and future construction around his club has nothing to do with him and that he has a lease of four more years. So you can take it for what it's worth.
