Hello, I am going to be in the west end of the city for a pretty hectic week coming up, and I foresee needing some stress relief... My problem is, I don't really know when I am going to be free at all, so making an appointment is a little difficult, except for last minute at best... So my question is then, would anyone have recommendations for walk-ins, preferably in the west side of the city? Also, what would the ball park rates be? I understand that discretion is preferred, so please PM with any recommendations if necessary.... Thanks

Good afternoon all... I am new to the capital region (and the board for that matter) and yet to peruse the local mps. Having experienced the Toronto area on a few occasions, I am a little confused about the Ottawa area. In TO, it is pretty clear what you are in store for when you walk through the door, is it the same in Ottawa? How does the transaction (lack of a better way to put it) go? is it like TO, where you pay the door fee, then a tip to the MPA depending on the services you prefer, or is completely ymmv. I guess what I am asking is, if I am to go to a spa, is it understood why I am there, or is it a situation where the subject (awkwardly) needs to be brought up? Sorry if that is a little convoluted... Thanks
