  1. Nevermind I can't get it to work (Couldn't find an Argh, but this is close enough. Bonus points if you know it)
  2. Here's a song from another movie, where the characters are singing it while driving in a car Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody
  3. I am most decidedly not a morning person, so I try to keep my morning routine to a minimum. I suspect for most men, it is shaving, but I have a full beard, so that only requires irregular maintenance. I also keep a pretty unfinnicky hair style so that it can usually be tamed with fingers alone, but it do let it get a bit shaggy, so some days are more composed than others I tend to dress fairly well, so even if my hair is a little unkempt, I at least look like I put some effort in. Plus, unkempt and scattered matches my personality fairly well. Personally, I feel powerful in a great pair of shoes. There's something about the way that walking in a pair of leather soled men's shoes sounds that exudes power. So when the snow/salt isn't too much of a concern, I pull out my Cognac coloured cap toe oxfords and strut down the sidewalks and halls in style.
  4. And now, seguing into songs about being a non-believer. Joel Plaskett - Non Believer
  5. Motherfucker, you say? Don't play this song if you don't like that word. Or if you are Catholic and easily offended. Tim Minchin - Pope Song
  6. Google also has a reverse image search now, similar to tineye, so it might be worth checking there as well http://www.google.com/insidesearch/searchbyimage.html
  7. And the Canadian Led Zeppelin with their take on Night Flights. Rush - Fly by Night
  8. Well I could listen to Solomon Burke sing the phonebook, but he definitely could have been in that Weird Al video, especially in his later years. Solomon Burke - Don't Give Up On Me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8219F9aCqc (Some may remember this song from the "so bad it was good" teen drama The OC)
  9. Doyle Brunson's Super System is generally considered to be the best book on poker strategy ever written. There's a sequel (Super System 2) I haven't read but is probably a little more current. http://www.amazon.com/Doyle-Brunsons-Super-System-Course/dp/1580420818 This is a pretty good book that teaches some strategy while also having a pretty entertaining story. http://www.amazon.com/Positively-Fifth-Street-Murderers-Cheetahs/dp/0312422520/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1328137120&sr=1-1 I'm not as familiar with the "online poker" books, but you are correct in saying that there is no shortage of them.
  10. And now CERB has a kingdom (or at least a Castle) in it's heavens. Congrats, good sir!
  11. And a song from that notorious self plagiarizer John Forgerty's band CCR - Ramble Tamble
  12. Congrats Mr.Nice, a well deserved honour for a well mannered man.
  13. Blackie Lawless doesn't have anything to do with these guys, other than a name. Blackie and the Rodeo Kings - Stoned This is also the only non-Warren Zevon song I know of to mention werewolves in the opening line.
  14. This has truly been a week of celebrating Penelope, first as a goddess, then receiving her crown, and now her birthday. Well done Penelope! Penelope, you are an extremely amazing person and I wish you nothing but the very best for your birthday and the forthcoming year!
  15. tUnE-yArDs - Gangsta One of my favourite albums from 2011
  16. I sometimes bake bread at night for the next day, but am rarely able to avoid cutting off the heel for a buttered snack. ummm... not to speak for everyone else, but I'm ok with it ;)
