    and yes I understand the OP said 'tentative appintment' but never read he saying she would email if she could ... If as above she said she would be in touch, in my opinion she had contact him and let him know if she would be able to meet him or not. Also, I would never tell a gentleman interested in meeting me 'I will contact you if I can' that would be not only lack of professionalism but also me not respecting his time, like if I can't or don't want to meet him for whatever reason why stopping him from making other plans with a lady willing to see him?

    Oh Sophia & Meg if it was just the lids but decided to go to Tim Horton's instead of starbucks to be able to get some of those smile cookies. Well all I can say is HOT!! The cup that is and they don't even have sleeves. One more sucky thing ... fell yesterday and hurt my knee :( Oh and those ppl that get the free papers in the morning and throw it on the bus or on the street, they really suck!     I don't understand how her reputation and she apparently providing great service are factors that diminish the fact that she stood you up. In my opinion the action is the same coming from a reputable SP or from a new lady, is what she says when sge contacts you if she ever does that would make a difference depending on what made her not show. As for you saying all independents are difficult to pin down well I think you are generalizing, lack of professionalism may happen with both, agencies and independent providers.     I've said it before but since it happens more often that I would expect I'll say it again please if for any reason you decide to leave the private chat that btw was requested by you (I rarely invite someone to private chat) please have the courtesy to let me know you are leaving as opposed as just closing the window. I guess for behaviour like that is that some ladies do not accept private chats anymore.
