  1. Done too. And those who voted, remember we can vote again in 24 hours :)
  2. Anyone would find these for me I would forever adore that person :) Additional Comments: one more mexican craving :(
  3. Malika, did you just call me/us old?? kidding :) I don't think it has anything to do with age tho. Some young ppl never (for personal choice) were so into techie stuff, some older people who did not even grow up with that are on it 24/7. As for you my friend ... ME??? I don't remember that. Ha ha, no seriously yes I did but hey only because I believe extremes are not good.
  4. Angela that's exactly what I need! Now, if you find your glasses ... Would you be so kind to send me his number? hehe. What you think OD? Are you up for it?? ;)
  5. Going grocery shopping and once home noticing you left one of your bags at the store which only confirms grocery shopping is not for me!! :S Posted via Mobile Device
  6. This morning I woke up in a strange mood after a bit of figuring out what was wrong I realised I was too disconnected from myself so took an hour for real 'me time', no tv, no computer, no phone. Closed my eyes and got in touch with myself, feels so awesome that I will do it every day ... highly recommended ppl :) Posted via Mobile Device
  7. This really are wonderful news. I was talking about this situation with someone yesterday and how when I would think about it yes, I felt for the parents who were obviously going through the hardest time in their lives but I would feel so sad when thinking about a 3 year old in hands of a stranger, away from the people he feels safe with, away from the things that are more important to him whatever those are and in fear for being with a stranger. Then I started thinking if kids cry and have a hard time separating from mom when going to school even knowing where he is going and that he is in good hands and will be returning home in a few hours and they still feel scared and sometimes even abandoned can you imagine the feeling this little kid had? I'm so glad he was found safe and returned home :)
  8. I was surprised by a very sweet gent who I once joked about how we both like captain crunch so next time we met we would have 'breakfast' together. Well, it turns out he actually remembered and showed up not only with the cereal but of course milk and even bowls and spoons
  9. And to think I used my rep points for you on the craving thread I tried to give you here but couldn't anymore :( love your thinking and the promise. Very sweet!
  10. Always great posts Erin, thank you so so much for all the time in front of the computer sharing a bit from you through them :) xoxo
  11. I like Lee because he offers free dates, what else can we ask for? ;) no, seriously he knows I love his shouts .. in the box that is lol Posted via Mobile Device
  12. We are not bullies and I find that comment offensive. We are women who are not afraid of speaking up our minds and who care enough about this community to not want the essence that has today to change. We want cerb to remain the characteristics that make it the succesful site it is and we want the people who will 'represent' it (valued members) to have those characteristics which is why Nicki invited Emily to show that side of her. We have nothing against Emily we just don't want the site to go in a different direction where a good marketing, good looks and good service is all that matters. I know I'm speaking 'we' here because that's what I sense from the other ladies too but girls feel free to correct me and I will make it an 'I' :)
  13. You are right RG nobody here has to start a thread or post on threads and I don't think is what Nicki was trying to say. The way I see it is she was making a point on what a contribution to the community is vs. a 'contribution' to a particular person in private. I myself have exchanged PM's a couple of times responding to a comment made in a thread but that I found too personal to respond in public but then I'm not contributing to the community but having a gesture for a particular member of it.
  14. Just remembered where is a starbucks close to where I am ... no more miserable mornings lol :) That is a pre-highlight of the day btw haha
  15. I feel like anything with ... Ok probably not anything :icon_neutral:
  16. I like Meg because she always tries to see the good side of things :)
  17. Gabriella said the key word: RESPECT, not only to the cerb rules but to the fact that not everyone will like being solicited and that for some it may even be annoying. In fact, I once had a gent that I have previously met and who asked me to stay in touch delete a 'have a nice day' or something like that message I left on his profile and yes, I was confused by that especially when he asked me to stay in touch but I never posted again as I respect the fact that he is the type that likes to keep his stuf to himself. Also, I only post in guest book's that belong to members (ladies or gents) that I know are ok with me posting. As for the board being about soliciting I'm not quite sure about that, there is a difference between advertising and soliciting. An ad is posted there for those who are interested in reading them and a post in someone's guest book or a private message is somehow not giving the other person the freedom of choosing if reading about the person sending it or not. So in my opinion the board is about many things including ladies posting our availability and information about us in our profiles for gentlemen to make their choices based on what they read/see.
  18. Emily I think what the person who referred to some posts at members profile as solicitation meant the ones who only post a 'come see me soon' or something similar. I don't think any gent would be bothered by a 'thanks for visiting my profile' especially if as you said is a way to show appreciation for the interest in you or/and your profile, is not something I often do but don't see anything wrong with that. 19. Couldn't give you reputation points mister tea but that mole de olla thing (whatever it is haha) looks so good!! I crave for nutella sandwich now, working on it :)
  20. This could have been part of the things that suck thread but the way it ended makes it belong here: finding out your sister will arrive on the 1am bus instead of 10pm as planned and once at home staying up until 3am telling each other stories, plus I was in good company while I waited :) Also, having lots of stuff going on but waking up knowing it will all work out :)
