m.youtube.com/watch?v=nD3FmNxACqM Another Musical Rambling RG -
Rod Phillips He sucks because while Minister Of Finance in the Ford government he completely disregarded his own government's policies on Covid and traveled to St Barts for a Christmas vacation. He also attempted to deceive the public by sending tweets leaving the impression he was at home in Ontario over Christmas. He knew what he was doing was wrong, he did it anyway He's resigned as minister...hardly a punishment befitting what he did...yes I'm thinking of all the hardships faced by Ontarians as life has become very difficult and restrictive since coronavirus. Frankly imo the party should boot him out...that would be a start A Ranting Rambling or is it a Rambling Rant RG

What did you learn in 2020?
roamingguy replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
What did I learn?... 1. Appreciate your situation now, it possibly could be worse. Example there is an outbreak of coronavirus in 3 federal prisons...80 inmates at Joyceville, 5 at Collins Bay and 3 at Warkworth. I retired from corrections (one of those prisons) but if still working I could be working in the middle of this outbreak 2. Appreciate time with family/friends. Most of it is phone calls or texts at least with me but a couple irl visits at the car pool each of us staying in our vehicles. 3. Further to appreciate time with friends, lost three this year ๐ข Not from coronavirus but didn't get to see them or even go to their funeral(s) 4 Remember the ladies you see...dates I've booked I already paid the ladies for, its time in the future to look forward to and in the meantime I booked (so to speak) some virtual companionship. It also may help some companions out now in these tough times. 5 And we are all...everyone affected by coronavirus...we're in the same boat A Rambling RG -

Well I think most of us can agree 2020 overall was a sh*tty year...I know it had its downers...more than a few for me This post and thread are to post some good things (big, small, in between) that happened to you in 2020 or just happened in 2020 generally you liked 1. Beatrix who I rescued in Oct 2019 finds I get on her nerves but she hasn't kicked me out of her apartment...yet ๐น 2 Vaccine for coronavirus coming...seems there is hope. Fingers crossed ๐ค 3. IRL contact with family and friends extremely limited but contact still kept (probably more so now) thru text email and phone 4 Finally after over a year of waiting got my MRI confirming torn minescus in the knee. Positive because now...well after lockdown I guess, they can do surgery 5 And lastly I met a new companion this year for a few dates. Everyone probably has their own special companion. Haven't discussed whether to write a recommendation or not. Pic is here. Apologies if anyone thinks my humour can be twisted at times...blame it on 2020 RG
