Well as a outcall type of guy who goes to a few hotels, find out what happens if you cancel a hotel reservation last minute (like less than 24 hours) or in some cases, if you reserve your room pre-paid. If you cancel, you lose your pre-payment (it's a route I never take, life can throw you a curve) irrespective of how much notice is given. Some doctors have far worse than cancellation fees, there are some specialists and if you cancel on them last minute or not at all (just don't show up) your appointment is rescheduled, you go to the back of the line. Meaning a year, year and half wait for another chance to see him/her if he/she is willing to see you. Cancellation fee, to me it is about the client showing the lady some respect, and appreciating that while for us gentlemen this lifestyle is an escape, for the ladies it is their livelihood. When you schedule an encounter with a lady that lady took you at your word that you would show up, and she expected time with a paying client. When you cancel last minute she can't get another client to replace the time she set aside for you. And in this lifestyle for the ladies time equals money, and money equals income because this is the ladies' livelihood. It boils down to respect. Irrespective of if the lady has a cancellation policy or not, if this gentleman has to cancel last minute for whatever reason, the lady will be compensated My opinion for whatever it's worth RG -

Ah my dear lovely virtual wife, so you are aware, Jessica, in another thread http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=140131 it was brought to his/her attention, by a few members, myself included that with a female name and gender listed as female (check his/her profile) that the CERB community might just think he/she is a female Advice was given this morning for him/her to go into his user CP and change his gender to male. As of yet he/she hasn't done so. In short the posts says he/she is a guy In his/her profile and name he/she is a woman Hence our confusion RG

What I meant is that people from far distances are brought together. Back in the days of landlines only and no internet you and I for example would likely never have communicated. I live in Ontario, yet I have got to know, a bit, people in the Maritimes, Pacific, and Prairies for example, people I otherwise would never have known. I guess the best way to phrase it is it has allowed us to network, and a broader if you will social circle, albeit some of that social circle a virtual one The Facebook and Twitter thing I do confess I don't get it. Like I cited in my example, there are people at work who talk to one another by day and Facebook each other by night. I also don't get this need to have a cell phone to your ear 24/7...I don't remember line ups at pay phones growing up. RG
