This song is descriptive of my day today. First an hours drive to visit a family member in Long Term Care. After the visit is over on the road again, but up to my doctors for an appointment (routine not serious) That drive is about another hour. Then once done the appointment, on the road again but this time home, where I'll put my feet up and have a beer. Well a day late but yesterday had my bi-annual eye exam (yes I have to go every six months) and the after effects of drops made me limit quite a bit my computer posting LOL So anyhow yesterday comfort food was called for, for dinner so I had a bag of fresh curd from the cheese factory for dinner washed down with a bottle of (no alcohol) beer And while at the cheese factory I picked up some salsa cheese and jalapeno and red chilli cheese...nachos tonight....I like my nachos with a kick and that jalapeno and red chilli cheese, well lets say it's not for children 😈 Today is rest and recuperate, yesterday was a long tiring day RG

Well first the reason you are screening potential clients is for your safety and security. It's not a tit for tat "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" And potential clients are the ones seeking you out (they initiated contact with you, you didn't contact them) So someone asking for your ID etc is contacting you for your personal info. What you should reveal and this is JMO is what you would like revealed in your profile/ads/website. Your personal info is not part of that. If a potential client doesn't want to be screened and give his personal info then decline to see him as a client. And reiterating, he contacted you. So he must be interested in seeing you. As for advertising sites. First Lyla has a section in each province/city where you can post your schedules and announcements. I've heard of Leol List and VIP Favours (both have ad banners on the right of Lyla's page) Also a lot of companions and clients are on Twitter and use that for networking/business too. And getting involved on Lyla as well (not just posting ads but other forums too (General Discussion Area etc) gets you noticed. Anyhow a couple quick thoughts. I'm sure others, especially ladies will have opinions on screening and getting noticed Good Luck RG

It was a sickening way to wake up this morning, hearing on the radio the father arrested for killing his 11 year old daughter (sorry guess we should say allegedly killing, he hasn't gone to Court yet) What ads to this sickening story is the attitude of some people that the Amber Alert woke them up...like FFS the police want to save a child's life and use this as a tool to do so. Unfortunately it didn't work in time, but to complain your sleep got disrupted, frankly it's sickening. I believe, and cerbmod can correct me if I'm wrong, but you'd need both a different computer and a different ISP if a companion was so inclined to run glowing recommendations/reviews about herself. And to do it for just one recommendation/review might be affordable, to do it to get a lot of recommendations/reviews that's a lot of computers and ISPs to keep changing up. Had the worst (well one of the worst exams ) a guy gets as part of his physical yesterday, a prostate exam, consisting of a DRE 😭 (digital rectal exam) followed by PSA (prostate specific antigen test...just taking blood). Anyhow why a highlight, results back today, results all good. Things like this never concerned me before but considering Dad died of cancer and health wise I had a mini Stroke (Dad had a Stroke years ago) it was in the back of my mind I might have cancer too. Strange how things can play on your mind, all jokes about prostrate exams aside, I thought I might get prostate cancer. It is a relief, didn't know how much. Now a couple more curves in my life to get through then "touch wood" smooth sailing But on the lighter side..... RG

A couple things today actually Windshield washer fluid PSA (prostate specific antigen) test (not covered by OHIP) One of my prescriptions Groceries, including of course a 6 pack Becks no alcohol beer RG

And CRA doesn't ask for payments in the form of iTunes gift cards. Hasn't happened to me but I've heard of it (on the news) happening Also if CRA calls, it would show up (I think, not 100% sure) as a Government of Canada number on call display, not as an unknown number RG
