  1. For lunch had a smoked meat sandwich with swiss cheese on rye, with fries, coleslaw and a pickle at the Golden Rooster in Kingston For dinner, in a couple hours, going to cook up spaghetti carbonnerra (spaghetti with bacon, cream, egg, parmesian cheese and butter)...absolutely not fattening at all LOL RG
  2. It is quite normal. Took me about two weeks to really get used to mine, now I'd never go back. i think it just takes your eye time to adapt to having three (in my case) different lenses. Now when I drive I look automatically through the lense for distance, when I read/do computer work I look through the lense for reading, and the third lense just allows me to naturally focus from distance to up close It does take adjustment, but only about two weeks, at least for me it did RG
  3. Air One tire a little low so went to the gas station and put some air in RG

  5. I know how you feel Cristy. Although I now accept the inevitable outcome of dad's cancer I'm dreading the day when that phone call comes. And losing a pet, it's just like losing a member of the family RG
  6. I like Lee. His sense of humour and upbeat posts help to make CERB the positive community it is RG Damn phone lost my signal while posting Soooo.....I like Vitto for her intelligent and positive contributions to this community RG

  8. Happy Birthday Spud Enjoy your special day RG
  9. I'm not disturbed one bit by the police conducting such a sting. Police conduct stings because there are some individuals in society who deserve to be stung. Those "men" aren't the victims here, they are potential victimizers of underage girls, and had they in fact had arranged an "encounter" with real underage girls, the girls would have been IMHO vicitms RG
  10. Just joined Costco. They have a Costco American Express card which comes with the membership...only thing I didn't have to apply for the AmEx card How can a credit card company issue a cc without you applying for it first. And no, they didn't ask for my SIN, which cc companies usually do when applying for a card Makes me go hmmm Anyhow scissors go to it when I get it, one card is enough RG
  11. Nachos with chedder, mozzerella, monteray jack, and salsa cheeses. Topped with black olives, onion, garlic and jalapenos RG
  12. I like Angela. Even though curves keep getting thrown my way to attend a Social, she keeps inviting me. One day my plate will clear Angela and I'll make it to Ottawa for a Social RG
  13. Mom had her surgery yesterday (put a cornea in). Just from yesterday to today there has been improvement in her vision (obviously not 100%) She has ongoing check ups for the next three months, but her surgeon very optimistic about her vision improving to back to normal RG
  14. First be happy for her, that she is able to move on to the next stage in her life. Yes I'd miss her, but I would feel worse if she was continuing in this lifestyle when she really no longer wants to. Remember the good times and be happy she could retire. RG
  15. I have to wonder about all these beliefs people have about being blackmailed in this lifestyle. I've read guys' concerns over SPs using verification information to blackmail them (reporting them to their wife) and now a SP would risk being outted by a client/blackmailer to the police unless she does what the client/blackmailer says. Long and short of this, most of us, both ladies and gentlemen are not rich. We have bills to pay, rent/mortgage/car payments/raising kids etc etc etc. For the guys, this lifestyle is done on disposable income. And it may appear that based on hourly rates a lady charges, she should be rich. But she doesn't work a forty hour work week, she only gets paid for the hours she sees a client. Not to mention some of that money goes into running her business...it isn't 100% profit I'm only saying this because in reality clients/SP's for the most part aren't rolling in dough and cash cows for blackmailers...so why worry Second, if someone threatened to out you, tell them go ahead...you'll only be a victim of blackmail if you let a blackmailer blackmail you. If they see you won't let yourself be blackmailed, they lose all leverage RG
  16. To me, soliciting is when the SP directly contacts a gentleman asking him if he would like to have an encounter. Advertising on the other hand, the SP is letting potential clients know of that she is a SP and her rates etc. She isn't soliciting because her ad would only be placed in the section dealing with escorts (if BP/CL) or on sites such as CERB. And gentlemen are on those sites in the first place looking for companionship. They wouldn't be there unless they wanted to meet a professional companion to begin with. Gentlemen seeking companionship would see a lady's ad amongst all ladies ads and contact them to decide who to see. I guess the difference is the ad lets a gentleman know of a lady so he can contact her where as soliciting is a lady targetting a specific gentleman for an encounter. An awkwardly worded rambling LOL RG
  17. If that is a real concern my only advice is to employ a good verification system to screen your clients/potential clients Really any guy who is going to blackmail as you suggest would run the risk of exposing himself too The reality of this lifestyle is men seek out ladies for companionship This idea of blackmail seems far out, as much as the idea that ladies would use verificaction to blackmail clients A morning rambling RG
  18. Calamari and a Greek Salad with Baklava for desert from Mino's in Kingston Treat after spending all day at Hotel Dieu playing musical waiting rooms while mom had her surgery on her eye RG
  19. Maybe not pedophila but definitely illegal Age old adage "Ignorance of the law is no excuse" No pity for them and glad they got caught in a sting RG
  20. I'm wondering why the police don't lay charges....forget suing, it's too long and drawn out an affair. But isn't extortion illegal? As for living with mommy maybe he has lots of money, could be living off her dime...and saving his money. As for posting the lady's rates/expenses well rates are public but only she would know her expenses so my guess she provided them to the Sun. BTW her rates don't seem unreasonable or over inflated and I hope she makes good on her dream of being a doctor RG
  21. Those "men" would only check ID to confirm she is underaged. Guys like that just aren't wired right RG
  22. I like the Thank You icon. Sometimes a post deserves a nomination, sometimes a comment/rep point and sometimes a Thank You...or sometimes all three. It's another way to positively acknowledge a post/thread, and IMHO that's a good thing My morning rambling RG
  23. Here's an example of why to get Viagra from a pharmacy after getting a prescription from your doctor. If you don't buy from a pharmacy with a prescription, you may not be buying Viagra or Cialis, and also putting your health in jeopardy http://healthycanadians.gc.ca/recall-alert-rappel-avis/hc-sc/2013/23209a-eng.php RG
  24. The other night (Sunday night) getting a drink from the kitchen. My cat walking under my feet. I shooed him away and walked out towards the living room from the kitchen. He runs back under my feet, tripping me. I caught myself, but not before the drink spilled over my laptop. I cleaned up the laptop and turned it upside down tp drain out any liquid...no luck, my computer died Fortunately my android phone has email and internet and will do till I buy a new laptop RG
