  1. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for the posts. Very much appreciated Double god status aside, I'm just a plain old guy, who's happy to be part of this CERB community Thanks again everyone...especially Old Dog for noticing and posting RG
  2. Congratulations Penelope to your ascent to Goddesshood Well done and well deserved RG
  3. Personally, I write recommendations, not reviews. To me, if the reco conveys that I had a good time with the lady, there is no need for a detailed play by play that a review entails. And out of courtesy, before I post the recommendation, I let the lady see it, just in case she prefers no recommendations. And it isn't posted unless she says it's ok to post...she doesn't say what is to be written, but if she prefers nothing written, then I respect that I have seen a lady, who doesn't like reco's so in spite of the encounter being recommendation worthy, I did not post one RG
  4. Well my happy ending in Bobcaygeon wasn't the type you are thinking about I launched out of Bobcaygeon to go fishing Pigeon Lake for muskie Caught my biggest muskie there...44" x 22" muskie...trophy size for Pigeon So with that thought in mind...here's Big Fish Rap, apologies ahead of time RG
  5. I would have started in this lifestyle a long long time ago :-) But looking back, I certainly am the person I am today not because of my successes, but my failures and hurdles I've had to overcome...how I learned from them and dealt with them made me the person I am today RG
  6. The Blues Brothers were John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd Well Dan Aykroyd was born in Ottawa Ontario, Canada And although he took US citizenship, he maintains Canadian ties by living in Sydenham, Ontario, on Loughborough Lake (a rocky shoaly lake btw, but that's the boater/fisherman in me talking LOL) Sydenham is on the outskirts of Kingston Ontario Well a well known band comes from Kingston Ontario Here they are, singing about another Ontario town The Tragically Hip-Bobcaygeon RG
  7. OD and Lee are right. There is talking and fantastic discussions, no fighting. And the great people here are sharing their daily highlights with us, and the spin off, overall positivity is creeping back into CERB. Lets keep it going everyone :-) RG
  8. I like Malika, she's upbeat and fun. A positive contributor and member of our CERB community. I always read her posts RG
  9. What you just post Emma got me to thinking, and I hope I'm getting this right. Some ladies who tour, they go to what I'll call, non mainstream cities (smaller populations and off the beaten path so to speak) If no recommendations come from that particular city after the lady tours, well the next time the lady chooses to tour there, she may get less bookings. And why, few if any recommendations for the touring lady from a non mainstream city may lead guys to seek other ladies. Soon, it isn't worth her while to go to the non mainstream cities, and just stick with bigger cities where the expenses associated with her touring she gets back in enough bookings So if you want one way to ensure touring ladies to keep coming back to your city, or put your city on her touring list, follow up the encounter with a recommendation A quick rambling RG
  10. Well twenty days into my New Years Resolution...lose weight, I'd love a bag of Ruffles Chips and sour cream & onion soup dip with a Becks no alcohol beer Ah, crunching down on raw veggies and drinking a bottle of water yummmmm RG
  11. I agree, if being put on the spot, and asked to give a recommendation, that would feel awkward. There is an underlying assumption that the guy had a recommendation worthy encounter. But if a lady asked "if you had a good time, would you mind posting a recommendation, it would really be appreciated" or words phrased to that effect, well that's not quite the same. It's less an expectation than a request...or am I splitting hairs here. And for some guys, they may never think of writing a recommendation unless asked, and there may be many great encounters that a lot of guys have had, but no one knows, because the guys never let us know what a great lady they saw RG
  12. Well this is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy out there. After seeing Manfred Mann the first name to mind was Manfred Von Richthofen better known as the Red Baron This little group The Royal Guardsman came up with this song Snoopy vs The Red Baron http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wLJhIFDAlE I know a stretch, but my mind is coming up empty LOL RG
  13. I quoted you so we could have another short pause............................ ................................................................................................... ok back to the game there was another Samantha who sang and she went by the name Samantha Sang-Emotion RG
  14. And when you get new guys contributing to the recommendations, it validates the recommendations already posted by the usual recommendation writers. New writers equal new blood so to speak. I hope that makes sense RG
  15. Recommendations are good for both ladies and gentlemen. Provides the ladies with feedback, and endorsements so to speak, and for the gentlemen, names of ladies they might like to see in the future...really a win-win. Encouraging gentlemen to write recommendations should be done...but keep in mind some guys are uncomfortable writing. I know when I first embarked on this lifestyle I was uncomfortable writing about what was (and is) a private intimate encounter. But I learned that recommendations were an accepted part of this lifestyle, and I've become more comfortable about it One other thing, some ladies don't like recommendations being written, and that should be kept in mind But yes, encouraging the writing of recommendations should be done. And I'll take it one step further, IMHO there is nothing wrong with a lady asking/saying to a client, words to the effect "if you had a good time, I would appreciate if you could write a recommendation" Just a quick rambling RG
  16. I don't know if congratulations have been posted already, but two of our well known and respected members have reached another milestone...they have passed the 20,000 rep point mark milestone So a heartfelt congratulations to Meg and Old Dog, on achieving this much deserved milestone RG
  17. Through this lifestyle I've think I've discovered the secret to the age old question of what women want Is it a young guy, washboard abs, rippling muscles.... no, be a gentleman and treat the ladies with respect...fortunately that was the way I was brought up, and that's who I am, so it's the real me when I post or a lady meets me RG
  18. EmmyLou Harris-Together Again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RG1qTFZSiAM RG
  19. Congratulations Steve on your ascent to Godhood Well deserved RG
  20. Someone that would do that...likely his name would go in the SP Only Area. One thing about this lifestyle, it is a very closed community and the ladies do talk to one another..better that they have good things to say about you than bad RG
  21. Well lets just take this to left field then MIAMI Sound Machine...how about the theme from MIAMI Vice And what does this have in common with your post OD, well first, Miami, and second, this theme song is kinda annoying like Gloria Estafan LOL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yV9WrVii2mE&feature=related RG
  22. Geez The Jack...thought it was about jacking off, well masturbation So this little classic, Doin' Laundry-Nerf Herders Mind you, doing laundry takes on a whole new meaning after this song LOL RG
  23. Prediction....hmmmm, hopefully there will be a good movie on. If not there's WFN (World Fishing Network) or I'll get a DVD RG :-)
