You may be right about the negative rep points...back in the beginning I was on a couple of boards (not all escort recommendation boards) and maybe it was another board that allowed negative points to be issued. First don't take this as gospel I may be way off base. But I recall before the new format you could nominate a post plus "like" a post increasing the amount of rep points given by one person for a post. On top of that there was a "Topic Of The Fortnight" which if memory serves was the post with the most nominations in a two week period. If a particular member won, that bestowed extra points. On top of that I also recall members could assign negative rep points to a post. If someone wrote a post that people more than just disagreed with but it was dislikeable (best way to phrase it) they could take away rep points But this is coming from my poor old memory LOL after sabbatical from Lyla and I may in fact be wrong so please no negative rep points, pretty please 😂 A rambling (possibly completely wrong too) RG

Today...it was breakfast out day today so I bought breakfast. Fruit bowl, dry brown toast (not as good as bacon and eggs but have to avoid it after my Stroke) and coffee. Then a treat (doctor said I could have occasional treats) so I went to the cheese factory and bought a bag of curd. Came home, opened on line banking and paid my cell phone and internet bills (guess that counts as a purchase) RG

Thanks Boomer and in fact I was aware of this when I bought the car. I bought it from a family member when she got sick and permanently lost her licence. Done more to help her because I actually didn't want the car. I even agreed to cover the safety and everything. There was no surprise to me that it needed an e test. But the shock to me was some three months later, to get the plate permits on what was now "my" car and on my birthday it needed another e test. Even the lady at Service Ontario was surprised but said that was the rule It was just a cash grab, nothing to do with a cleaner environment RG

I'm not concerned because the texts sent and received don't talk details, just things like confirming the date still on, room number restaurant we're going to and time. Even in emails (which has in my experience the preferred method of contact both by ladies and me for seeing companions) are in fact pretty neutral (a guy looking for a date, happens in civilian world too) In my newbie days (and pre C36) I did put in a couple emails asking for dates details because I thought that was what potential clients had to do, but I learned and certainly don't do that nor haven't done that in years. In short, and JMO don't discuss details like money (it's in her website) or details, keep the texts it in the context of this lifestyle bland (just looking for a date) and you should be fine. I agree, Drive Clean was nothing but a cash grab on the part of the government. If all they wanted was an additional $60-$70 (whatever the rate was) why not just up the renewal rate for plates? Biggest scam was when I bought a car (private sale) I had to get the E test done at that time when I took ownership. Some three months later my birthday came and plates done then. Guess what, had to get another E test. And I've never had a car/truck that failed a test. Sometimes solution for check engine was tightening the gas cap (or replacing it) Glad it's going away, a waste of money RG

I actually do agree with you about the phone, buy one and just use that. Me I use my regular phone which is on a plan and which I also use as a home phone (I don't have a landline) My suggestion about buying a cheap phone for each date was more a suggestion to alleviate concerns about secure communication...although I don't think it's practical. As long as texts are not explicit there shouldn't be a concern. And keep the phone password protected so you and only you can use it Anyhow another rambling RG

Texting apps may be the most secure but in this lifestyle the real reason they would be "secure" is because a lot of companions won't reply to texts from text apps. I've read Tweets from more than a few ladies and they are frowned on. Someone using them comes across as being a time waster and evasive. Simple solution buy a new phone for every date, you could get a basic phone plus phone card for under a $100. To be honest no I haven't checked the prices, but if someone partakes in that "lifestyle" on a regular basis it might pay for itself over the long term LOL And guaranteed that all sex would be safe, because "she" would be monogamous...OK if he steps out on her there's a chance for sex between the two of them to have risks, but for her. Another option is driving to Halifax to see a lady. All in all it's not that far, I travel much further from where I live to see companions, whether I'm going to be going to Toronto, Ottawa or Kingston. Just a thought to consider.
