  1. Isabella Just joined. You had a thread awhile back "What Makes A Person"...setting up a group like this, well that shows what a person is made of. Very thoughtful of you, shows concern for your fellow man and woman RG
  2. Why would anyone want a toy when they have you to play with Meg? RG ;);)
  3. My last gf was a fiendish hell-bitch, and that was on her good days...it was really scary when she got mad:twisted: Grim Reaper knocked on the door once, she answered, he ran away LOL RG
  4. It becomes PUBLIC hair when you are behind closed doors with the lady in PRIVATE  RG;)
  5. Well no, but when I first started hobbying and heard the term GFE I thought the lady was going to nag and yell and have a honey do list for me when I showed up What a relief that gfe means something completely different in hobbying RG ;)
  6. Porky's Monty Python's Meaning of Life (I'd also include Holy Grail and Life of Brian but they came out in the 70's) Fish Called Wanda National Lampoon's Vacation, Chrismas Vacation and European Vacation RG
  7. :D Thank you for that...that really perked up my morning RG:D
  8. A professor at CCNY for a physiological psych class told his class about bananas. He said the expression 'going bananas' is from the effects of bananas on the brain. Read on: Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!! ** This is interesting.* * After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again.* Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit.* *It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.* Depression:*According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier. * PMS:* Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood. * Anemia :* High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia. * Blood Pressure:* This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke. Brain Power:*200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert. * Constipation:* High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives. * Hangovers:* One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey.. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system. * Heartburn:* Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief. Morning Sickness:*Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness. * Mosquito bites:* Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation. * Nerves:* Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system. Overweight*and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady. * Ulcers:** *The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases.. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach. * Temperature control:* Many other cultures see bananas as a 'cooling' fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): *Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan. * Smoking &Tobacco Use:* Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal. * Stress:* Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack. * Strokes:* According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%! * Warts:* Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape! So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, 'A banana a day keeps the doctor away!' **
  9. I would have to disagree too. There are much lovelier ladies here on CERB, some I've had the pleasure to meet, some I will meet RG
  10. If any hobbiest wants to "help" the ladies, offering a good review in exchange of free services is not the way to go Treat them like a lady and you act like a gentleman Full payment up front. No pressure to do things she doesn't offer Repeat business if you had a great time with her The ladies are doing this to pay the rent, put food on the table. Can't see a review doing that for them If it wasn't clear, I'm completely opposed to this And legit hobbiests put reviews up of good times they have had with the ladies, why would a lady need to give a freebie for a review IMHO RG
  11. Favorite Drink-coffee or non alcoholic beer Food-I'll eat anything, but I do love a thick tbone steak on the bbq Things I Can't Live Without-computer/internet, my truck, my boat, all my fishing tackle (hobbying is much cheaper believe me) And I don't include family and friends in this catagory, because they are not things...but I can't live without my family and friends No quotes come to mind right now RG
  12. Isabella You have to do what you are comfortable doing. As long as no one is getting hurt, there really is no issue. I've felt comfortable enough with two ladies to be a little more open than with the others I've been with, but no one got hurt or treated with disrespect. You wanting to keep aspects of your life private, nothing hurtful or disrespectful in that. More two cents worth RG
  13. I posted at the start of the thread, but couple thoughts popped into my head In the course of conversation, the sp has every right to reveal any/some/none information about herself, just as the hobbiest has the same right. It is a matter of personal comfort and privacy for each and every individual As for the matter of nationality/race/ethnicity some sp's and agencies do advertise this, look at some ads advertising asian girls,(too numerous to count) brazilian ladies (2 come to mind), irish girls (couple agencies come to mind) etc etc etc. It is part of the advertising out there, by sp'/agencies. That having been said, for me, the ladies personality is more of a factor in her attractiveness than her looks...they are just icing on the cake My 2 cents more RG
  14. That explains the spring in my step and smile on my face :D My cramps seem to have disappeared too (sorry couldn't resist ;)) RG:D:rolleyes::D
  15. Isabella For me at least nationality/ethnicity is not important Who the lady is is what I find most attractive....a stuck up drop dead gorgeous woman I'd have no time for, someone personable, down to earth, intelligient has far more attractive qualities...the looks, icing on the cake. One guys view....probably in high school I would have given a different answer to your question though, to be honest RG
  16. And what will Rudolph do with his red little nose? RG
  17. Although I can't make a December XXXMas Social due to travel (took me 4 hours to Ottawa yesterday) a suggestion for a meeting place. Book a hotel suite. As long as everyone reimburses the person who books the room, and people are on their best behaviour (DON'T TRASH THE ROOM!!!) it could work...also depends on number of people who show up too Just a thought RG
  18. Funny, but wrong  on so many levels :D And one from Seinfeld, George's interview with the New York Yankees Mr. Cushman : Ah, Mr. Steinbrenner, sir. There's someone here I'd like you to meet. This is Mr. Costanza. He's one of the applicants. Mr. Steinbrenner : Nice to meet you. George : Well, I wish I could say the same, but I must say, with all due respect, I find it very hard to see the logic behind some of the moves you have made with this fine organization. In the past twenty years you have caused myself, and the city of New York, a good deal of distress, as we have watched you take our beloved Yankees and reduced them to a laughing stock, all for the glorification of your massive ego! Mr. Steinbrenner : Hire this man! RG
  19. Inside an armoured personal carrier (APC) when I was with the Forces in West Germany..."there's no life like it" RG
  20. On the hobbiest's part, shortchanging is just sleezy and despicable. I always tell the lady upfront that I'm not offended if she counts the money...I'd rather us both leave happy than either one of us pissed off RG
  21. First, I'm starting this thread for discussion, I'm not criticizing those who ask for reviews of CL escorts, nor suggesting such reviews not be done But there seems to be among CERB an anti CL bias (from my own experience, deserved) Should CERB members ask other CERBites for reviews of CL escorts, or should we stick to reviews of CERB ladies (and related sites, ie Escorts Canada) This post is I emphasize for discussion RG
  22. On a first meeting, certainly wouldn't want to rush in and undress a woman...don't know each other, and she could be very uncomfortable if a man she just met is trying to remove her clothes. I'm likely to let the lady tell me what she wants On a second (and subsequent) meetings (depending on the lady mind you) well if the lady likes to have her clothes removed, I'll happily do the deed, and enjoy doing it As for me, if the lady likes removing my clothes, well it's just a major invasion of privacy and I would feel kinda dirty and violated....PLEASE INVADE MY PRIVACY, MAKE ME FEEL DIRTY AND VIOLATED :rolleyes::wink: RG:D
  23. Still have a landline, but it's Vonage. $22.00 month, 100 minutes, anywhere in Canada, United States and Puerto Rico I'm not a big phone person, so for me really cheap, beats $70.00+ or more to that one phone company and sub-par customer service RG
  24. I read from these posts about how much (too much???) time is expected from the ladies. Just a question, how much money were the ladies receiving in exchange for their time? BTW not being critical, just asking a question RG
