Hi Amelia, It's simply because the gentlemen are lazy OR perhaps looking for you to offer them something in addition to what is on the web-site or maybe even thinking they may get a 'reduction' of the rate by asking. They may think by asking, it somehow changes the rules....... Pretty lame approach if you ask my opinion.....

Emily, This absolutely sucks ! I assume you flew with a Canadian Airline, and it was a domestic flight ? It's important because the airline liability is based on the routing of the flight, and there are rules based on international or domestic covering amount of claim.. Secondly, IMMEDIATELY ask to speak to a duty supervisor, explain that this is the second time.....BE PERSISTENT, it will pay off, they may give you an interim amount to spend to get you through a few days.... Unleash that red head in you.....it WILL make a difference, trust me... SNK

Thanks Mr Green We should never forget this day........regardless of ones opinion of our American Neighbours, they did not deserve this...... I work with American's all day, and they were profoundly affected and deeply wounded by this event......these wounds will never go away...... I watched all the documentaries on 911, and to this day, I still get cold chills running down my back when I see those planes smashing into the building......people jumping off, and the towers falling.... Unbelievable...... Thanks for reminding us !

As a kid, i wanted to be the usual things, Fireman, policeman or a lawyer like my father and grandfather........... Then I fell in love with transport trucks, and for the longest time wanted to be a long distance truck driver !! My dad talked me out of that, telling me truckers had to use needles to stay awake......lol...he knew i hated needles...what a father will do ! Then saw a movie called 'airport' with Dean Martin.....the next day I bought a model of a 707 airliner and knew then and there I was going to be a pilot..... After years of flying cargo in little prop planes all over Northern Ontario, I finally got my chance to fly the heavy metal with a Canadian airline..... Too much upheaval and uncertainty in the Canadian airline business, caused me to seek employment with a Large US Based Carrier, who I still fly for to this day.......

Ever since I was a young boy and saw my neighbours shiny new MGB, i have had a love affair with and been fascinated by cars. In fact, one of the most enjoyable things I do, is go for an early morning drive on my own, windows rolled down with some good ole' rock'n roll blaring......great way to work out the cobwebs and any stress or ailments I may be feeling... In any case, the newest Mercedes SLS, while out of my league, is just plain gorgeous....... slightly edging out Dog's mint green Gremlin in the "wow factor department'...... Simply amazing ..... and just damn sexy......!

Lol.....what can I say, Dog has managed to get me in touch with my feminine side lately !! Truthfully though, with so many options and lovely ladies around, why would you bother putting yourself in a situation you have so ADAMANTLY in the past said you wouldn't be in...... ? I think they are out to get your goat, and perhaps tease you afterwards about you giving in so easily........or they may just get you to commit then say not to YOU.... Hold your ground, maybe you will get Zelda on your own terms if you are patient........ Who knows, maybe the beauty with age, is you realize that if you are PATIENT enough, you will get your way........ or perhaps die waiting, lol...... dunno.....!

Folks Pretty clear here, the issue is NOT about cancellations, which are a fact of life in this hobby, it's about liars....... While we may all have different views on cancellations, and it happens on 'both sides of the fence', the fact is, no one likes a liar........ So if you have to cancel, that is fine......it's part of life.....but 'man' up and be honest.......... My $0.02 ......... SNK

For the life of me, I cannot understand why people feel they are entitled to be rude or have manners simply because they are paying for a service....... Emma, can you imagine if this clown was this rude on the phone, how he would be in person, alone with you behind a closed door ???...... thank God he showed his true colors BEFORE you met........ Look on the bright side, there are so MANY well mannered men here on CERB, you can afford to be selective and ditch the losers..... Meg In my opinion it's all about ambience and the overall affect one feels when they come to visit your in call location....... Since you're a very classy lady, I would suggest : A high class hotel in downtown ottawa, suite or room, doesn't really matter too much..........

For me, this would be early in the morning of Sept 11, 2001......have those lunatics arrested one by one, as they boarded the planes...... Imagine how different the world would be now....not to mention that there would be no Afghanistan war, which would spare the precious lives of so many of our young Canadian hero's, who sacrifice their lives far too often....... Then, I would have my first duo, to celebrate what I had just done for mankind !!!
