CERB's Got Talent!
Zoe Zee replied to Alexandra-Sky's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
What a great thread! And Soleil - I'd love some crocheted creations! I've always wanted to learn to knit/crochet but never got the hang of it! As for my talents: I love to sing and have been told I'm good at it. I love to play the piano (self-taught only though). I can rollerskate pretty good now, is it a talent if you had to work hard to perform it well? Cooking, love to cook, don't follow recipes, just ideas but baking... unless you want chocolate chip soup, um... just can't do it. -
Roller Derby..a comeback
Zoe Zee replied to cometman's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
In Canada it is mostly Flat-track. It's making a comeback and is "real" not like how it used to be (rollergames). There is no punching etc but is still fun to watch. Although one girl did get expelled from the game in TO for taking out another chick out of play - always fun to see people get hit :) The World Cup just happened in Toronto. I think you can still see some of the feeds at derby news network. http://derbynewsnetwork.com/ -
Roller Derby..a comeback

LOVE LOVE LOVE Roller Derby - It is making a HUGE comeback :) -
I have probably the most prehistoric iphone there is and am somewhat illiterate in the terminology but here goes: I have a 3G (?) iphone and the email notification is very quiet, and delayed. I have it set to push every 15 minutes but I find that I often miss emails! this.is.so.frustrating. Is there anything I can do for the notification tone? Other than jailbreaking? Or at this point in it's age in history, should I just jailbreak it anyway consider the Apple store told me they have no record of my warranty anyway? Please & Thank-you, zoe

15 Minute Appointments.
Zoe Zee replied to TheRiddlerMan's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
I offer 15 minutes and have no problem with it. I don't see why I would feel any more cheap or whatever depending on how long or short people are seeing me for. What would make me feel cheap/degraded is people's attitudes and judgements during or toward me for offering that type of session. What's the difference between a guy seeing me for an hour once a year or a guy seeing me for a 15 minute lunch quicky once a week? Also, offering 15 minute appts doesn't mean I get a ton of traffic through my place. In all honesty, most people don't take up the 15 minute option or if they do, they extend once they are here. I find 15 minute appts are usually men on their lunch break or those who are really nervous about who they are going to see (newbies). To each their own on what services and how long of the services they provide. That is the GREAT thing about being an independent. I can choose what I want to offer. I guess I'm lucky as I would have to say that near all of my clients are very respectful to me, no matter how long they stay. -
RCMP Cpl. Catherine Galliford, the former calm, professional voice and face of the Missing Women Task Force, said Tuesday she knows her evidence will be â??explosiveâ? when she appears at the Missing Women Commission of Inquiry. Galliford, 44, is slated to testify at the inquiry in January, but says she wonâ??t be testifying for the RCMP, but rather on behalf of the victims. In an interview, and in a 115-page statement given to the RCMP, Galliford said top Mounties had â??enough evidence for a search warrantâ? of serial killer Robert Picktonâ??s farm in 1999. From 1999 to 2002 14 women were brutally murdered by Pickton, a fact that haunts Galliford. She says she will testify that both RCMP and VPD officers, even after the Missing Women Task Force was formed in 2001, engaged in sexual liaisons and harassment, watched porn and left work early â??to go drinking and partying.â? â??The saddest part of this is that the women who were killed were the most vulnerable people in our society, other than children,â? she said. â??I will not be testifying on behalf of the RCMP at the inquiry,â? she said, saying her first concern is for people whose loved ones didnâ??t have to die. â??Tell the families,â? said Galliford, her voice breaking, in an interview with The Province on Tuesday. â??Iâ??ve got their back.â? Gallifordâ??s statement to the RCMP contains serious allegations that have not been proven. Galliford, who has been off work for four years with post-traumatic stress disorder, is agoraphobic and reluctant to leave home, but is taking Veterans Affairsâ?? medical aid, and is â??finally healingâ? and plans to go to law school. Galliford said she was constantly sexually harassed and bullied by some RCMP officers, although she emphasizes that she also worked with â??many fine police officers, both men and women, who cared deeply about missing women.â? Galliford agrees with the conclusions of Peel, Ont., Regional Police Chief Jennifer Evans, who has reported to the inquiry that top RCMP and VPD officers on the missing women case displayed â??a lack of leadership and commitment.â? When very junior RCMP Const. Nathan Wells finally obtained a firearms search warrant on Feb. 5, 2002, for the Pickton farm, Galliford said, she confronted a top RCMP officer, telling him, â??Youâ??ve known this since 1999.â? The officer, who is also slated to testify, ignored her, she said. â??He is a misogynist, which is probably why he blew off the missing women investigation,â? said Galliford, noting he got rid of other female officers. One of the women he â??bumped outâ? had developed a â??brilliant protocolâ? to identify the womenâ??s remains through DNA obtained from Pap smears, she said. Perhaps the most chilling thing that happened to her, Galliford said, came after the gruesome details had begun to emerge about how Pickton butchered women and scattered their remains at his Port Coquitlam farm or dumped them at an East Vancouver rendering plant, West Coast Reduction. A group of RCMP personnel were, she said, constantly â??making jokes about sex toys,â? laughing and giving each other â??fist bumps.â? The officers, Galliford alleged, wanted to tell her about â??their fantasy.â? â??They wanted to see Willie Pickton escape from prison, track me down and strip me naked, string me up on a meat hook and gut me like a pig,â? said Galliford, who also recounted the episode in her formal statement to RCMP. Galliford said one officer did not join in and also was horrified. â??He just looked at me, like, â??Holy crap.â?? He didnâ??t last, either.â? Galliford said she does not want to publicly name the officers to avoid legal repercussions and to help focus on the needs of the victimsâ?? families to finally achieve justice. Lilliane Beaudoin, whose sister, Dianne Rock, was confined, beaten and raped twice at the Pickton farm before Pickton finally murdered her in October 2001, predicts Galliford â??is going to blow this inquiry wide open.â? â??My sister would be alive today, along with 13 other women, if the RCMP and VPD cared enough about women going missing from the Downtown Eastside,â? said a visibly upset Beaudoin as she read Gallifordâ??s report late Tuesday. â??The real story of why the police let Pickton keep killing our sisters and daughters, when they had evidence about him almost murdering a sex worker at his farm back in 1997, is going to come out, for sure. We are waiting.â? At least 18 women were killed by Pickton after 1998. Vancouver police Deputy Chief Doug LePard has told the Missing Women Inquiry that by then police had â??solid, corroboratingâ? eyewitness and informant evidence that Pickton was killing women. The inquiry is looking into how the VPD failed to stop Pickton from abducting women from 1997 until 2002, when Coquitlam RCMP finally arrested Pickton. Thanks for all your input. I'm a spaz when it comes to decorating :P That why I asked here.... I worry my massage room is too "clinical" looking (white sheets, white walls etc). As for the porn, I wonder if Staples make a PORN button like they do the EASY button haha Cheers!

Hey kats n kittens, I was wondering what the general thoughts were on porn (or the option of) being played during sessions? How would you like to see rooms decorated? I have a massage room that is pretty plain and was thinking about decorating but am not sure the route to take. More spa like? More sexy? More raunchy? Does it even really matter? Any input would be great! (oh and it is always clean and fresh towels etc, so that part is a given)

Any SP's play instruments?
Zoe Zee replied to barriei88's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I can play the piano, clarinet and saxophone. I have a guitar and want to start lessons, I can't play it at all right now. I have also played around with drums, flute (very hard for me, too much breath needed), oboe and trumpet. I really miss having a piano... -

Canadian Blood Services
Zoe Zee replied to Megan'sTouch's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
This infuriates me as well as I would like to donate blood and if I truthfully answer the questions, I am banned from it. I know somebody who had cancer, beat it but now can no longer give blood - he was upset as well.
