Personal Movember - The Knife Cometh
Ice4fun replied to bcguy42's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
About 6 years ago I also underwent some surgery and as I read your post remind about how similar your concerns are to what mine were. Our minds are amazing in how that can allow us to do so much including cause ourselves great anticipation or concern over things like this... in the end my surgery went way easier than I anticipated and I am willing to bet yours will as well. I am looking forward to your update post next weekend and of course to reading your next recommendation post here on the board in the very near future. As you head through this week I think you can be assured that your friends here on LYLA Will have you in their thoughts. Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk -

I certainly grew up watching hockey with my dad every Saturday night and have very fond memories of watching the Original six games... Mature Angela Is right that back then the game was certainly slower and the equipment was minimal but one thing that never lacked in any game was the passion.... the players did not make a lot of money but would have played for free to get their name on Lord Stanley's mug. It really was a special time for hockey. People should not read this as a good old days of hockey post because the game now has so many other things.... the speed... the conditioning... the general skill level of the players and of course it is fairer to the players financially which is good for them. As for fighting in hockey I personally would rather see two guys drop their gloves and have a scrap then the stick work and dirty play that has come into the game. I think player with all the new gear and face guards feel invincible... I don't think they are any more dirty just more careless in what they do. For example... back in the old days no helmets... the glass around the rinks and no nets and yet few head injuries or pucks being high.... players knew the risk and acted accordingly. Sorry don't know the NB scene well enough to recommend anyone in particular but I can tell you that while the research... reading the reviews and ladies posts on here can be time consuming it can also pay huge benefits when you meet a lady you really connect with. As for asking people here for recommendations it can be helpful if you outline what your interests are and what type of lady you think you are interested in meeting. Hope you find what you are looking for and have a great time. Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk

Recently I have been spending quite a lot of time considering retirement... I have been thinking about what I would do with all my spare time and to be honest participating in sports has certainly not been part of that thought process... traveling to see more Hockey certainly has lol.... the closest thing to a physical activity that has been part of my plans is continuing my participation in this hobby... in my opinion better than any sport I would do by myself lololol Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk

Meeting in a hotel bar
Ice4fun replied to schoolboy48's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I have never actually done this but I have to say it does sound interesting... probably not something I could ever do here in my home town... just too small a community and too much chance of running into others I know in the bar. That said it might be something to do on a trip...hmmm This is one of the great things about Lyla lololol it really gets our dirty minds thinking :) -
Also a Tarzan here.... I am not sure about the validity of the test....lololololol... I am doubtful that many of the people I have been with walk away thinking Tarzan.... Buddha maybe lololol Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk
