Unfortunately the Censoring is a necessary evil in the current legal and political environment that has been created by the Harper Conservatives. I certainly get the legal challenges around this and the need to maintain an open internet forum...I would hope that a civilized society would find a way to balance these conflicting goals and not allow for individuals to hide while they bully and harass individuals. Certainly there will be grey areas but when you have a site whose intention is for revenge or to post comments that would not be accepted by a normal media outlet then the operator of that site should be held accountable when the issue is brought to their attention and they do not reasonably deal with it. That said you and I both know it's not likely to happen because the big players ie google.. facebook etc will fight the accountability and argue that if a jurisdiction choose to enforce accountability the sites and the associated economic benefits will simply move to a less hostile environment. That is a shame as it allows people to be repeatedly victimized with no real ability to stop it. Just my Opinion Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk

While I certainly agree that we should not negotiate i'm not sure it's fair to paint all men who use BP as bottom feeders... You are probably right that it attracts a higher percentage of less than desirable clients but it is also used by decent men especially in smaller markets where the main advertising venue for touring ladies is BP. That usually plays it's self out in the economy through a reduction in demand and then a response by suppliers to reduce their selling price for the good or service in order to increase sales... in very few industries does it play itself out in a negotiation over price. The Oil Patch worker does not go into the restaurant and suggest the steak is now too expensive he / she purchases something cheaper or goes to a lower cost restaurant or he just eats at home. Amelia I have never bartered or negotiated with a lady in the 20+ years I have dabbled in this hobby so I don't think I can shed any major insight into this for you. That said I get the impression that some clients think incorrectly that if a lady is on BP or Craigslist then she must be desperate and I guess they feel they have some leverage to bargain Amelia... have you noticed any correlation between the amount of bargaining and the time of day? Are guys bargaining more late at night when they are full of liquid bravery??? Anyway just my musings... as i have no real insight into the issue. Great Post Emily... It is fair to say that participation in this hobby is expensive... in order to engage you need to have a fair degree of disposable income or at the very least be a very good money manager. The problem is not really what the cost of the service is because that is really set by the market... someone sets a price and hopes there is a willing purchaser if they attract enough customers to meet their business need than I guess the price is right. The fact that I may not be willing to pay the price asked by a particular business does not mean that the price is wrong or too expensive it probably just means it is too expensive for that individual. As was said by a previous poster you look at what you can afford or are willing to pay... this is not a necessity it's a luxury service and an extremely personal one at that. When I was growing up my parents always told me that in life you get what you pay for... well in my experience in this industry I can only tell you that I have always felt I got more than my moneys worth. I don't watch too much football... after all its not hockey lol but at least this year's Superbowl was not a blowout like last year's. I really don't have a NFL team but I would have liked to see the Seahawks win... there is always something going on with the patriots... but that said they beat the seahawks so deserve the title. Had a chance this week to visit a brand new massage spa that just opened in the east end of the city called "Relaxation Spa". The spa is located in a brand new building in the Stavanger Drive shopping area in the east end and is appointed very well.
