You are correct it is any communication including private communications. While it is safe to assume that private communications would be more difficult for LE to intercept it is also true that if you send an email or text or call a lady and ask about purchasing sex and it is unknowingly a LE officer you have committed an offense. There are as many reasons for a man to see someone outside marriage as there are men... and they often don't relate to sex or the lack of sex. I certainly agree it, would be best if it was all out in the open but realistically that's often not possible so to avoid hurting people you love you keep secrets. That's why I can never fully shave down there.. I am concerned that the appearance of it being even bigger than it really is would scare off too many ladies... lololol No wait...maybe it's because I am pretty sure my wife after 30+ years of neatly trimmed would definitely know I was seeing someone if I was suddenly all shaved.
