I don't personally think that when it comes to actually governing that their is much difference between all three parties... To get elected the parties all move towards the centre and as a result we get little actual differences between them. When it comes to the Conservatives my major problem with them is Harper... unfortunately he seems to run government as a one man show... All decisions and talking points go through the PMO... you only need to look at the Duffy trial to confirm that... he is a control freak who does not seek broad input from others to inform his decision making. I think the major mistake of the conservatives this time around was sticking with Harper again... he should have moved along so a new leader could have pulled the traditional conservative levers that have in the past moved Canadians to vote conservative especially during tough fiscal times. They may be sorry they didn't. In regards to the TFSA I would like to see it stay and actually don't see it disappearing regardless of who get elected but as an investment vehicle it is not nearly as positive as raising the RRSP limits. The TSFA provided greater mobility for the invested money but a much less significant tax savings as only the income on the investment is tax sheltered and not the initial investment. So generally I agree with you look at the policy and the person running and vote as you see fit. Just my Opinion

No... by all means I get that I was more thinking from the client's side... I would expect that the lady would have her own personal products... I appreciate it when a lady goes to the trouble and expense to have products there for me to use after the session... like I said I just chuckle a bit.

I guess i understand on some level the choice to provide individual bars of soap or liquid body wash for the shower after but I have to admit it does make me smile to think that I will be willing to be intimate with a particular lady working in the industry but squeamish about sharing a bar of soap. Just saying it does make me smile.

What you are supposed to do here on LYLA is keep your posts positive or say nothing about it... you have been a member here since 2008 and posting since 2014 this should not be a surprise to you. You had a bad experience... ok sorry to hear that ... but that happens... unless it was a dangerous encounter or a Bait and switch when it comes to LYLA just move on. I fully appreciate that some members of the board feel that if we are encouraged to post the positive we should be allowed to post the negative ...but frankly doing that would turn this board into the same thing as the many other boards that are out there where it is post after post of ladies and clients posting their dirty laundry and trying to get even for their bad session by trashing the other party... frankly that is not what I want to see here. The fact that you did not go into details is not in any way a positive... you identified the lady and said you had a very bad session and told people to PM you for details. This is a direct attack on the lady for which she can't even defend herself. If the lady publicly responds to you here on LYLA she risks being banned or suspended which directly impacts her financial security... that does not seem fair to me. Just my Opinion

One thing there is no shortage of is places on the internet to post negative things about people be they Escorts or clients so i think it's kind of refreshing that this place is not supposed to be one of them... general rule of thumb is if you can't say something nice don't say anything. Let's face it out side of the warnings about dangerous situations do we really want this board filled with everyone's dirty laundry... what is poor service to one person is perfection to someone else... if you have a bad experience (note I said bad not dangerous) then move on and chalk it up to experience... There really is no reason to trash either party but if you do want to do that just don't do it here. Just my Opinion

There could be a myriad of reasons why someone working in this industry would change their name some benign and some for less positive reasons. I have met with a few ladies who have changed their name some complete changes and some subtle changes... some to better reflect the image they wish to present in their business and some to make a break with a past that has or is causing them difficulties either of their own making or more likely if they are well established reputable ladies to get away from individuals who are stalking or bullying them. Unfortunately in this industry like the rest of society you get to meet all kinds of people and I think ladies in this industry often are subject to abuse by individuals who accept the stereotypes that have been painted of sex workers and assume they don't have to respect them like they most likely would other independent business people who were providing them with a service. People forget that sex workers have a life outside of their work environment and that they unfortunately often have to go to extraordinary length to protect both their own privacy and that of others who might be in their life. This will sometimes include restarting their business under a new name with a new website and new pictures often at considerable cost and impact on their business to say nothing of the effect on their personal feelings of safety and security. As I have traveled my road in this lifestyle I have appreciated all the wonderful ladies I have met and have come to learn that at least for me, it is better to not assume but instead do your research and rely on input from people you can trust... if a lady changed her name but has a good reputation then the name should really not be an issue if it was a change driven by the lady herself she will most likely have discussed it and it will not be a secret...ie some ladies even include the tag line in their ads..formerly?????. If the lady has not explained it and you have put it together based on pictures or rumors then perhaps.. just perhaps giving the lady the benefit of the doubt and not making things any worse for her might just be the right thing to do. Just my Opinion

The suggestion to not brush your teeth before an encounter is interesting as I learned from a very wise lady that having fresh breath is not a nicety but is a requirement... As a result of learning that I have always kept a toothbrush... toothpaste and mouthwash in my car for use immediately before seeing the lady. I have to admit the idea of not irritating your gums to reduce chances of HIV transmission kinda makes sense... I would love to her some more Ladies comments.

If the choice we as Canadians have to make is between Harper, Trudeau and Mulcair then the reality we have is that we don't really have that much to choose from... I personally do not trust Mr. Harper and think he is the most narrow minded and vindictive leader Canada has ever had... the Liberals lost power because of their association with scandal and misuse of taxpayers money yet the Harper Conservative record stinks from the outset top down... robo calls... charges under the election act against Ministers and the PMs Parliamentary assistant...and of course Duffy and the involvement of the PCO office in the cover up. Justin Trudeau...while I am not one to say he should live or die based on his experience I can't help thinking would he be on anyone's radar if it was not for his Father's last name. So in reality if I vote Liberal I doubt it will be BECAUSE of Mr Trudeau but more likely because the policies put forward by the Liberals overall are not offensive to me and because I can't in good conscience vote for Mr Harper who every day proves he does not represent MY Canada. As for Mr. Mulcair and the NDP... even given the NDP win in Alberta I don't see how he can win and to be frank while I know they have positioned themselves just left of center I fear they are in reality a little to left of center for my comfort. No I am not saying they are communists just that my politics would be a bit right of centre a place usually dominated by the Liberals and previous successful Conservative Governments. And frankly I can't help but think that Mulcair would be an unknown except for the political space carved out by Jack Layton. Bottom line is we have sparse pickings so in all likelihood I will be voting Liberal or NDP and hoping for a coalition government... if the conservatives pull it out and win I can only hope it is a minority government which would quickly spell the end of Mr. Harper. Just my Opinion
