I would guess it is all a matter of personal preference. While i am certainly able to access LYLA Through the Browser on my phone I have found the Tapatalk app to be extremely good for very quick access to the site... with just 2 clicks i can scroll through the unread posts and reply... it is very user friendly. In addition it makes posting pictures to threads way easier. Just my Opinion

This is so much personal preference and to some extent the ladies personal style. For me personally I always like the lady to just wear whatever makes her feel sexy and good about herself. Let's face it if the school girl outfit feels like a stretch to the lady it will most likely be less then successful. Who better to know what makes her feel sexy... then the lady herself. Just my Opinion

Lazy morning start today... after a hard night... had what I thought was a great meal last night in Halifax that turned into a nightmare evening as the meal did not sit well with me to say the least... so slow morning and hoping for a better day.

Without a doubt my daughter's have been and will continue to be the greatest source of true happiness in my life. Just thinking of them brings a smile to my face.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week in Canada and I have come to understand as I have gotten older that Mental Health Challenges are going to impact all of us at some point in our life yet we are often unwilling to seek the help we may need.... afraid of the stigma of being seen as needing mental help. A number of years ago I experienced a significant loss in my life that I still deal with every day and struggle with every day. I have started to talk more openly about my challenges but yet still have not really sought professional help in dealing with the grief I feel. I have not gotten the help for a few reasons.... 1. I truly feel that this burden I carry is rightfully mine for not doing more for the loved one I lost ... I know that is stupid but it is how I feel. 2. I was raised in an environment where men were the strong ones.... they provided help... they supported other in need they bottled up their feelings and looked after others.... so it is a sign of weakness to not be able to cope with what life throws your way 3. A lot of who you are is how you are seen in the community and in your workplace and in your social circles and while by no means a high profile person I have a very good senior' management position... I am active in my community on several charities and boards and amongst my social friends I have always been the person they come to for advice and frankly I am somewhat afraid of how all of that would change if they knew of my daily struggles. So why am I even posting this... well like I said I am trying to talk more about it and strange as it seems the fact that I am just Ice4fun here makes it somewhat easier. I am also posting this because I think we all have a responsibility to look among our friends for signs that they are struggling and give them our support to seek help. Of course as I know only too well it is often way easier to give advice then take it yourself. It's the start of iceberg season here in NL and we all know the annual arrival of the Whales to the waters around NL is not far behind.... Ok you ask why even mention that here on this site??? What do Icebergs and Whales have to do with this hobby??? Well I am throwing it out there as another great reason for some of the amazing touring ladies of LYLA to consider putting St. John's on their schedule... just think you get to come see all the spectacular Icebergs and the Majestic Whales and well us guys from here get to meet amazing ladies. Exchanged a few PM messages with the sexy Maraena Blackwell from Nova Scotia... while I have never met the lady I have to say she was an absolute delight to converse with... almost a Religious Experience (ok the religious experience thing is an inside joke) ... You are right I did quote the official line which I think is quite clear but I think I also suggested that it is possible for a lady to straddle this line occasionally as long as she stays away from saying she would like to see the member. Just my Opinion

RG is right that ladies are restricted from sending unsolicited PM as a means of drumming up business. There are lots of members who would have problems with unsolicited posts because if that door gets opened it could mean that your inbox is suddenly filled with tons of bulk cut and paste emails. Ladies have a great place to post ads and can take advantage of the threads to present interested members with a good look at who they are and generate interest. Now all that said... I see nothing wrong with a lady from time to time dropping a member an email to comment on posts he may have made.. she should not solicit a booking but lets face it... with the egos us guys have if a sexy lady expresses interest in us we are likely to suddenly have an interest...lol Just my Opinion
