I respectfully disagree about Toronto. Toronto has that other ERB. CERB is rather Ottawa-centric with great submissions from Manitoba and the east coast. Having all the general stuff in one area keeps worthy threads alive.

Joe... This is one of those contentious issues that will never be answered in a satisfactory manner. If you have seen that the specific provider has made it clear on former ads that she will not see men of a particular race, you probably have an inkling of what her reaction will be when you show up at the door. If you desire to confront her, that is your prerogative. You know that it probably won't end well for either of you, and in the end, two people will be upset. Separate race boards? Meh. Most people are pretty open. One bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch.
