    Keep hydrated with water and even though you are tired by 7pm stay up until at least 10pm local. Try not to take a nap as I find it screws up your rhythm even worse - unless you are lucky enough to be a habitual napper as part of your lifestyle.... (an alternative is a walk or a bout in the Hotel fitness centre).

    I dropped by Barbs Friday and I found it to be very quiet. However, I met the young "Cherry" which brought some sunshine to my day. We went to the CR, for only three dances (in was a turn on),,,, I wanted more but the DJ insisted she go for her spin on the stage. So off to the Playmate on my way home. I had a great series of dances in the CR with a young blond spinner (name escapes me started with an N) with a kind of clit piercing I had never seen before, it was cool.

    I prefer to nip or lightly bite the ear lobe. This is a lot of fun when she leans back on your chest. My payoff is to see the goosebumps appear on her arms or elsewhere.... I like to receive it as well along with amight come next.

    Yes I remember the Plaza as the only place to be if visting Kingston. Yes it is not a Pigales or Barb's but it is the best (as far as I know) for Kingston. I first went there in the early 1990's.

    Great idea and I am glad to see that it is offered. I probably would not ask for this option until a second or third visit when we were comfortable with each other...and I felt I could better communicate my "needs." I also think that if If I was going for this option I would consider a 90 minute session.

    My Favorite Martian, Batman, Get Smart and a little later .... Man from UNCLE and Star Trek. I used to fool my kid sister that was a Martian by rigging up some antenna that could rise up behind my head through the back of my shirt. Had her convinced for a few days.
