Dropped by Barbs tonight between 8:30-10:00 pm for a beer at the bar. It was quiet, because of the playoffs; as one of the girls surmised. Very good ratio: about 12 dancers that were visible to about 20 patrons spread about the club. I just got my draft and was watching the gorgeous Christina on stage, when Dianna from Romania introduced herself. After about ten minutes back to the CR. I don't aim to find release in a SC. Rather, if I am on my own I enjoy talking with some of the dansers and having a drink or two, just taking in the moment with a beautiful young lady with no hiden agendas. Yes things can get a little frisky in the CR. I have had lots of fun with favourite dancer(s) on the Ottawa side in the recent past doing body shots, licking salt and squeezing lemons on various body parts; just being playful between danses while in the CR. Kubrickfan: Your right I should have posted it under stripclub. I am new to this board and will pay more attention in the future. I have more expeience with SCs than SP. I plan to engage more SPs in the future, having had a lot of fun with one recently in Toronto. My intent was to share this article with a wider audience by postin in the general area. I thought it was fun and as you pointed out it rings a little true for some of us.

Soleil: The post was not meant to offend, and not to generalize. It takes all kinds to make the world go round. It was intended to make light of a situation when a guy gets a bit too close and finds he can't say no or can't recognize (or dosn't want to recognize) when being taken advantage of. Of course most dancers and Sps don't aim to "take advantage". Some guys, me included, have been smitten by a dancer or escort where a relationship grew over time. I was just reading some old posts and threads talking about being played for money by Dancers and/or Sps. Some members are ok with giving a danser or Sp extra money to help them out of problem. But be prepered not to get it back (not in all cases). Of course there are always two sides to a story. Guys just have to remember, you are one of many "contacts" that "your favourite" has for her profit. I am relatively new to the Escort experience, but I think it only natural to talk and break the ice first before getting down to business. pkjason mentioned that arrests happened in Ottawa during outcall. When was the last time this happened? Also how can you really tell the SP is not connected to "gangs" and or criminal activity? Are there any indicators to look for? I imagine the worst nightmare is to get your door kicked in during a session with a SP at your place or a hotel.

My two cents: For the lack of experience when younger; For the excitement of something new; Missing something at home; Interacting with a beautiful woman without strings; For the adventure and maybe the "risk" of doing something illicit; and Lastly, maybe because of an addittion to this activity..... Sometimes you can get what you are looking for at a SC, re the 4th bullet above, but the risk of getting emotionally involved might be more. Although, I imagine that if you keep seeing the same SP this could happen as well.

Hey Rum, glad to here Jenny is as fantastic as ever. She was/is my fav. I just havn't gone back to see her for some time. Yes, she is more "busty" now, and was always the "sweatheart". She can maintain your attention, thats for sure and makes you come back for more. Daytime at Barb's is usually slow during the first half of the week. It picks up Thursday and Frday as expected.

This is my favorite SC in Ottawa and I think I have visited them all. The service is generally good and I don't feel pressured when nursing a beer.. When I am on my own I usually can find a spot at the bar. Some of the girl?s sit nearby and all of them take a walk by so it is easy to catch her eye if you want. The atmosphere is friendly and the overall size of the club makes it feel more intimate than the Barefax or Nuden. I have been away for a while but dropped by once two weeks ago in the early evening. I saw some of the same girls that I knew from a year ago but there are a lots of new ones as well. My only complaint is the CR. They cut the walls down about a foot or so in-between the cubicles. I guess this is to comply with city by-laws......

I have been going to SC for years, ever since I visited my first one in Montreal quite a while back called the Sex-Tuple on St Laurent Blvd. I could not believe that you could ask a beautiful young woman to nude table dace for only $2.00 a song. (I am dating myself) I was infatuated and never looked back. My career requires me to travel a lot and I always take the time to check out a local SC. Favorite cities in Canada for SC include Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City and my present hometown area of Ottawa. I have visited clubs in Halifax, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver but they don’t come close to Toronto and the Ottawa area. In Ottawa Barbarella’s (Barb’s) is my favorite for when I am on my own for a couple of reasons. It is smaller, so you tend to recognize regular’s and become known by the barmaids, bartenders and the somewhat watchful “bouncers”. I also had a favorite dancer that I enjoyed almost bi-weekly at my weakest point. We spent many an hour in the CR (the new changes with the cut down dividers suck). I also found that if you nursed a beer over an hour because you’re driving, I was never hassled. I have taken an extended break from Barb’s just to get away for a while but I feel that I will be drawn back again soon. I find the Bare Fax too pushy and the girls focus on the quick buck from visitors. I haven’t been back for ages. The Nuden is ok if you connect with a girl you like but it is to open for my liking. The back room on the second floor is nice with large couches – good for dances and conversation. Pigale’s is my favorite for when I want to go out with friends. We usually always have a good time. The girls are mostly beautiful and are of all types. It is a little flashier and can get busy and wild late at night on the weekends. I like the CR downstairs with the booths and mirrors. I have visited clubs around the world and Canada’s are among the best.
