Although I didn't go into yoga withdrawal like Julie ;) .....I did take a silly notion that it was time to take the feed bag off that comes with the Xmas season and get some excercise ! ....so I went for a walk in the hills being such a beauty of a day....such a great day there was all sorts of wildlife abound .. saw several bunny rabbits, a fox, a deer, moose, elk and several coyotes....stalkers really those coyotes ! No penguins though ?? ;) Pretty awesome actually. Very relaxing and I figure I had to have worked off at least 2 - 4 cups of greasy gravy from the Xmas season :)

Kudo's to the Mod, his staff, and the council for a job amazingly well done ! I think what they do becomes lost on us sometimes in everyday life here on Cerb. There are only 7721 active members from all walks of life, 68,000 threads and 279,000 posts to date that have to be moderated. Pics to approve, attitudes to adjust, websites to maintain and program, laws rules and regulations to uphold.....etc...etc...etc.... A big big job and they are doing a damn fine job !! IMO I bet this is what the guy in his chair in his office in Barrie, Ontario is thinking some days ;)

There are two young ladies from the East Coast that I really really miss here on Cerb right now who have wonderful, fun and witty personalities and brought so much to this community. Penelope and Carley Chase :) ....... both of whom I plan to meet in 2012 come hell or high water !! ;)

That is sad Emma :( It just so happens my brother is trying to get rid of some St. Bernard pups. I will bring one to you when you pass thru next month. Cute as a button !! Good house dog...not so sure ;) but they are supposed to bring you hot chocolate when it is cold out !!!

I would just like to give a Big Hug to all of the unfortunate Cerbies who for whatever reason did not get to hump today during the Holiday Season Hump Day ....whether it being because you were sick or at work or nobody around to hump as in my case ;) Hugs !!!

After being lucky my whole life to never have worn eye glasses.....I had to get reading glasses this morning :( They were expensive ! $10 at the drugstore ! Now I will look distinguished like a judge or something with glasses on the end of my nose ;)

Dieting - New Year Resolutions 2007: I will get my weight down below 180 pounds. 2008: I will follow my new diet religiously until I get below 200 pounds. 2009: I will develop a realistic attitude about my weight. 2010: I will work out 3 days a week. 2011: I will try to drive past a gym at least once a week. 2012: Awww screw it !

I love this Emma !! Big heart :) My Dad did this for years Xmas eve as Santa delivering gifts to the needy in a small community ...I went along as well many years. Donated some of my money from cutting grass....and even dressed as an elf. ( don't laugh ) Then my brother and I took over, brother as Santa... a bigger and jovial fella ... HoHoHo ;) Now my nephew took over. An awesome tradition that brings many smiles and tears of joy !!!!!
