Grey Cup is also a day of beer and chilli and snacks for me as well Cub. I have been going to a Grey Cup party, at the same place and with mostly the same people for I think it is 22 years. Just a fun time, no matter whether your team is in it or not.....some fun grudge matches can arrise which make it that much more...entertaining :) Cheers Grey Cup partiers ! :chug:

My highlight of the day is that I am taking a few days off starting NOW ! First game of curling tonight, then a work Xmas party after and then........well that will probably be tomorrow's "things that suck" excessive tiredness or something ; And Penelope dear.....I had bacon today, bacon yesterday and bacon on Monday !! I just googled "diet...and bacon " Ohhhh my my my .... am I in trouble ! Not sure if that is going straight to my ass or my one pack ab here and now I understand why my clogging veins are pulsating right now ;) hehe First thing Tuesday morning....excercise after bacon it is !

A "no thankyou" Cat is indeed better than a no reply for sure and much appreciated. IMO. Personally I would send a PM to you..for instance....just to make initial contact. If no reply I would send an email. If no reply, then I understand and move on. If email only or text/call only is specified, then I would try it a second time and that would be it. Lord knows you ladies have many PM'S (not PMS haha, I had that initially by accident), emails, texts, whatever it may be to sort through and may miss replying....so I will always send a second contact, but halt it at that. Having said that, a second contact attempt is RARELY needed in my experience.

I like MrNice because he is a genuine awesome guy ! Although I am forever an optomist, a recent thread he started really has re-inforced to me to always count my blessings, no matter how shitty so to speak things can get......to see the good, and to realize how fortunate I am and how great life can be :) Xmas time couldn't have been a better time to have a little positive jolt like this :) Thx

Well personally I don't pay much attention to the star rating at all. Other things get my attention. I do not however think that this is a good thing if an SP is rating herself very highly on her posts....and was assuming they couldn't or wouldn't. Simply because it would not be a "true" rating for those that do take it into serious consideration when trying to find what and whom they are looking for.....as far as I am concerned anyways. Moving forward and this has been brought to light, I agree with WIT that this could actually work against you.
