I have taken L-Arginine for over a year now. for circulation and blood pressure and weight loss. I can say that I find it works. GNC has another product called ArgineMax which is for men's health, It has other well know ingredients in it including L-arginine. I've loss 15 lbs since using it, but I've been working out a lot and taking other supplements. So I don't know if it has helped, but I couldn't lose weight before. So who knows. I recommend it's use.

hi I thought that this may be an interesting topic. Some of you have strange or unique CERB handles. I just wanted to know how you decided on your CERB handle and any interesting story behind your choice. Mine is Someguy. It just popped up in my head as I was trying to decide my Cerb handle. But it works out good. I'm just someguy on Cerb :) Not that guy, or the other guy just someguy? Well it was the best I could do at that time. Do any of you have any interesting stories to tell us about your CERB handle.

I was just describing what I thought would be my perfect session. By GFE I meant mostly just kissing and cuddling. Get a Vita-mix blender. It's what they use at booster juicers. you just put the whole fruit and vegetable in to get the fibre and all the nutrients. I have finally got to see Shay again :). It's been over 8 weeks, much too long. I had SDS, Shay deprivation Syndrome.
