I've tried Melatonin and valarian and 5htp and they don't seem to work for me. I have some prescription sleeping pills that work , but I don't want to take them often. I take SleepMD and UniSomme and they seem to work, but I feel Groggy in the morning. Do you find that you don't dream if you take pills. Any other suggestions?
