I've recently reconnected with several women that I have not had a chance to see for more then a year or two. These sessions were really great and they really seem to enjoy seeing me again. A Shark Rocket vacuum cleaner. I got it from Canadian tires , it is on sale for 50 off. So far it's been great, people claim that it is better then the Dyson version for a lot less. it sure sucks well. and is easy to move around.

Recently I've repeated with several women that I had not seen for a long time. The returned visit was even better then the first time I had met them. I've also met several new women recently also. But several of them were good, but not as good as they could have been as they did not kiss during the session. it's been almost 6 months since I last saw Jessy, much too long. It was my birthday this week so I decided to treat myself to a date with Jessy :) When I saw her this time, she was much slimmer then when I saw her last. She looked great and was happy to see me. I've had some of my best times with her and this was one of the best sessions yet. She is a great kisser and passionate, which is one of the reasons I like her so much. life will suck

This year we lost two dogs to old age:(. My daughter got a mutt who turned out to be a big dog that is handsome, but stubborn and chews everything. I just got a new puppy a couple of weeks ago, forgot about the puppy training. we are in the midst of replacing our floors with ceramic tiles. He keeps peeing and pooping in the house :(. My daughter always wanted a pony, Well she bought herself a miniature horse. It's less then 3 feet tall, but she can't ride it. But she is happy :) Anybody get any new pets lately?

Finally got rid of my Tassimo coffee machine, as we have two many machines and my wife did not like it. But it was a good machine. We now use the Keurig and Nespresso for special coffee's. The Nespresso makes great coffee, but is 3 times more expensive then the Keurig. We have found good online sites to get keurig coffee and a discounted price. Lot of great flavours.

I've seen many more women this year and have heard their stories. Many are going through divorces and child custody battles. Many are trying to support themselves and kids. Some of the younger girls are doing this to put themselves through University in some respectable professions. But they all do this because they enjoy it, they enjoy making us men happy. Has any one try the mini-fast diet with exercise. I read the book and it makes a lot of sense. Basically you skip breakfast which you don't really need. So you are going on a mini fast of up to 18 hours. The theory is that once you burn up the calories that you have just eaten, you will be in fast mode where you are burning your body fat to get calories. Then if you can exercise during the fast period, you will be burning fat directly. He also recommends the use of some supplements and to still eat a low calorie meal. I've been on it for a week and have lost 3 lbs so far :) Any one else have tried this diet or a fasting diet?
