As it is 2018. Most of us are going to spend the next month or two trying to get into shape. I have been consistent with this and have been doing more weights then cardio. Also with some low carb eating and Intermittent fasting. I am in the best shape of my life. 20 lbs lighter and more muscular. Still improving and plan on doing this well into my old age.

I've been losing weight and getting in better shape. doing intermittent fasting, but still eating too many sweets. off most of my medications, but my blood sugar has been too high again over Christmas. Any other suggestions to try to keep my blood sugar lower?

in Oct and November, I repeated 6 times in 7 weeks in a row. First time. But we had just amazing connection and chemistry. We kept in communication almost everyday.
