It's that season again where we eat too much and gain weight, then we make a New Year's resolution to loose the weight again. How many of you go thru this every year. Has anyone found a diet that has successful work for them and have managed to keep the weight off since they came off the diet. Let's hear about your success stories. Let's also hear about the diet plans and pill's that don't work, so that others do not waste time and money on them.

Starting to eat too much. but at the same time i seem to be bulking up. Going to have to do a lot of training over the holidays to make sure I don't gain too much weight. Too much work to get it off again. But the rowing machine is doing a great job of burning the extra calories each night. Some treadmill and 1 or 2 hrs a week in a infrared sauna and dumb bells almost every day are doing a great job of reshaping my body. But my appetite is going up also. I used to skip breakfast or lunch, but now I am eating full meals again. Have to not over do it over the holidays and try to exercise a lot for the next 2 weeks while I'm on holidays.

Since Christmas is almost upon us. And most of us are having Turkey again. I thought I would bring this thread up to see if there are any more hints or tips on making a Turkey dinner. Any suggestions ?

I happen to catch Erin in the chat room a couple of days ago and had a nice chat with her. I've read her recommendations for the last year and had always wanted to meet her. After chatting with her and PM"ing her and finding out that we had many similar interest, I decided to meet her and make her my last massage of 2013. Today was the day, and the weather was not great. I was not sure if I would be able to go, but the roads weren't too bad, so I booked my session for noon. Got to her place on time. She opened the door and there stood a cute woman with a big smile. She gave me a hug and kiss an seemed happy finally meet me. A little chat and a few hugs and off to the shower we go, where she made sure I was all soaped up and cleaned. A few more hugs and vertical body slides. Then back to bedroom where she massaged me on the bed. Like I always say, beds are more comfortable then tables. I don't have to worry about the girl body sliding off me and on to the floor :). She gives a very sensual massage. Back in the shower we go to clean up. and then a bit more chatting, a few hugs and kisses and back to work I go. relaxed and a big smile. She is a very nice woman and had a great conversation and relaxing time with her. Had a great time with her.

My wife just got this cat for my 22 year old son for Christmas Looks like the above picture. She thought that he would want his own pet. His sister has many pets. He was surprised and said he didn't want a cat. Didn't want any responsibilities :( But he is playing with it now. Hopefully he likes it. We already have 2 dogs, 2 cats now. 2 snakes. a tarantula and other creatures :)
