Just saw the movie "The Purge". It is a movie about in the future, where for one day, people can create crimes and murder with no retribution. It gives people a day to get rid of all hatred and frustration. Very suspenseful movie. It's worth watching.

Yes, you should not be concerned with the weight, but the way you feel and look. I've actually gained weight, but it is muscle. I can see more definition in my muscles and my ab's, my pants are getting looser, and my shirts are fitting better, however I think my shoulder and back are getting broader, as i do a lot of rowing and weights. So don't judge yourself by your weight, if you look better and you feel better, that is what counts.
