Wow, what a hockey game both teams played so hard, another OT win for the Habs, Anderson played so well for Ottawa. Unsung hero for the Habs come through again.

With our record (Habs) in Ottawa over the last 10 games it should be an easy victory tonight for the Sens. I have one big concern for the Sens the Habs are getting full commitment from all four lines in both ends of the rink. Add in the balanced scoring we got the first two games plus great defence and having the best goalie in the league at the top of his game all leads up to the Habs winning one of the games in Ottawa. I would not be surprised if we have two more OT games in Ottawa. Go Habs Go Big wins for the Islanders and Chicago this afternoon, two very good hockey games.

Another close game with Montreal winning in overtime, so far we are getting balanced scoring, big game to win before heading to Ottawa. It was good to see Stone playing for Ottawa after all the chatting after game 1.

Having a late supper "Garlic Fingers and Hawaiian Pizza" while surfing on Lyla before the big game comes on the TV, also doing some flirting with my favourite feisty redhead from Montreal, virtual wife Crimson Belle. -
I have my Habs Jersey on ready to watch game #2, I wore my Montreal Jersey to the Islanders-Quebec Major Junior game last night, lots of comments, it's amazing how many people are ABM when their team is gone golfing, playoffs are a fun time of the year for sure!!! Go Habs Go

I agree Subban was careless with the slash, I will comment on Stone later waiting to see if and when he plays. Lots of emotion in last nights game as I mentioned before sometimes the best playoff hockey is in the first round.

Habs win game one without PK Subban, this is going to a great series. An awesome start for Montreal's fourth line, they will be tough to beat if this line continues to score with the great goaltending Mr Price is giving the Habs.

I had my first walk on the boardwalk in Victoria Park this evening which is along the Charlottetown Harbour.

My prediction is Montreal wins 4 games to 2, games are all going to be close with Montreal winning 2 of the 4 in overtime, I am off to find my Lucky Montreal Jersey !!!!! Go Habs Go

It will be interesting to see what players stay with the leafs after them cleaning house today with firing the GM and all the coaches. As a Habs fan I hope Buffalo get Mc David.

I have my Habs Jersey all ready to go, in the past couple of years the first series has given us some of the most exciting hockey of all the playoffs, I can see this happening again this year, my remote will get a workout for sure.

It is great to see 5 Canadian Teams in the playoffs, with two of the hottest goalies playing against each other in the Montreal - Ottawa series I see low scoring games with the Habs winning in six of course, Go Habs Go. The other Canadian teams I am cheering for to advance are Calgary and Winnipeg.

Habs win, Carey Price is the new owner of the Montreal Franchise record of the most wins in the regular season with 43, he held the previous record of 42 with Jacques Plante and Ken Dryden some pretty impressive company. Other big games tonight Ottawa beats the Rangers while Boston looses against Florida in making the final playoff spots to be decided on the last night. Looking good for Ottawa what a turn around in the last third of the season. A plug for the two PEI coaches Ottawa's Dave Cameron and Florida's Gerard Gallant both coaches have their teams playing great hockey.

Just finished cleaning my BBQ, hope this is a sign that spring has finally arrived. -
Lots of Sunshine on the south side of the house so April 9th is the first day to start up the BBQ, supper will be a salad followed by steak and onions with baked potato.
-
A big game tonight in Montreal when the Habs host the Redwings, there will be a lot of chanting "Carey""Carey" tonight when he tries to make history tonight by having 43 wins in the regular season, Go Carey Go !!!!!!!! I must say as a strong Hab fan the Bell Centre would be a special place to be tonight. Max Pacioretty is out for the last two regular session games after taking an awkward hit then falling into the boards hitting his head, hopefully everything will be good for him come this time next week when the playoffs start.

You are definitely walking on a fine line, it is something I would never ask.

Leftovers from a Turkey Feast we had yesterday, very tasty.

I use to watch it, I use to go watch some wrestling here on PEI, Andre the Giant, The Cuban Assassin. It is big business now, there is even a 24 hour Wrestling Channel you can subscribe to. From what I understand you get the big monthly matches that are shown at the Theatres.

Good luck, as others have mentioned stay positive, will be looking for your post next week. -
Habs get a big win in Florida by beating the Panthers 4-1, a couple of records Carey Price ties a club record of most wins in a season with 42 tying a record held by Ken Dryden and Jacques Plante. We got some scoring from the 3rd and 4th lines which is good to see, we will need this to succeed in the Playoffs. Mr Price has two chances to break the record this week, Thursday the Habs host Detroit, Saturday they are in Toronto to play the Leafs. Michel Therrien gets his 200th win as coach of the Habs Tomas Plekanec gets his 200th goal in his career. A good day for the Montreal Canadiens.

Having my children and grand kids over for our Easter dinner, watching the kids having fun with the annual Easter Egg hunt is special. The quiet after everyone had returned to their homes is nice also.

Opening up my email this morning and finding a message that made me smile inside as much as outside, a great way to start the day.
