  1. The last time that I looked and unless I am wrong, "Didi" was a member of CERB and has recommendations from members of CERB. Do a Member Search and you should see all the information that you require about "Didi". Please do not compare this Provider to the fake listed on the Cowboy's Diary... Rodehard
  2. In all the years of that I have indulged in the hobby I have never had an issue with using any phone that has displayed a number including cell phones. I understand the need for a call back number. Discretion is the key here, it goes a long way to understanding "Blocked Calls" The Service Provider is trying to run a business based on appointments. The only way to keep the business running smoothly is to be able to confirm appointments, provide locations and in the event of a serious problem, delay or cancel them. I consider this a legitimate need for a contact number, land line or cell phone or otherwise. Most members of CERB seem to seek out information on Providers before taking the plunge and booking the appointment and even in some circumstances will have gone through a Pre Screening. By then one should have a pretty good rapport with the Provider and an understanding of the need for a number that can be called. I have no issues with "Blocked Calls" Any type of a Business that is based on Services has a legitimate need for contact phone numbers. Why should the Business that the Providers are running be any different. Try booking an emergency after hours call to a heating technician without a call back number... Rodehard
  3. I have to agree with bigdawg, time to take the plunge fleebgsx! Let us know how you make out... Rodehard
  4. I am really curious as to why some of the "newer" members don't just pick up the phone, email or otherwise contact the Provider that they are interested in. You might be surprised as to what you can find out by initiating contact, I know that I have done so in the past numerous times when I have been curious about a Provider and have always been provided with info about services and even pics on request. Unless I am wrong I believe that any Provider on CERB or any other site would oblige... Rodehard
  5. When in doubt a check with the Cowboy's Diary is a good place to start.... Rodehard
  6. Kelly has an ad posted under Massage Providers, you may have to look a little bit, but its there with a contact phone number. Rodehard
  7. Hey there takefive! Trying do a search in the Members List. I think that you will find all the information that you need or want about Gina there! Good Luck in your search... Rodehard
  8. There is no way that I could read the comments and recommendations for the MA's that have been mentioned and not recommend Kelly (Kelly On Kent is how CERB members might remember her) She has returned to Ottawa and is now once again offering an RMT level deep tissue massage that is amazing. I am sure that members of CERB who have had one of her massages would agree with me! PM for contact details. Rodehard
  9. Hi bryker I am sure that you will find all the information that you need about this "provider" on the Cowboys Diary. Rodehard
  10. If you are going to a spa with "door fee", you are most likely going to be discussing the "tip" with the MA anyway as the door fee handles the spa's overhead and the MA is only going to see a percentage of that. Most "tips" are for "services" that are offered by the MA for services that are over and above what would be considered a normal massge. That being said you will have negotiated what ever tip would be "appropriate" based on the "extras" involved. I stand to be corrected but that should be the case with a duo as well. It has been with me. If you are dealing with an independent that you see on a regular basis and are used to "tipping" a set amount for the "extras" and the opportunity of a duo presents itself and if the fee for the duo is less than it would be for two single sessions then "tip" based on the reduced rate. The ladies are likely splitting the "tip" anyway. It can be a wonderful experience, especially if the two ladies are "used to" working with each other and you have seen them before on an individual basis... Rodehard
  11. I have to agree with Slurp and Whiteman in that there is no need to get carried away with a cancellation fee or compensation. What would have happened if it had been the MA or SP that had suffered the injury and had to cancel your appointment. Would she have compensated you? You were inconvienced having your appointment with her cancelled and now have to wait to see her or move onto to another MA or SP... I believe that you did what was required, you called and cancelled with lots of notice and that should be adequate. Anything beyond that in the form of compensation or a gift would depend on your relationship with the lady in question. Rodehard
  12. Kaspersky 2012 is another one to have a look at. I have used it for four years now and have had no issues or problems to date... Rodehard
  13. That is an interesting post from "onetwothree" to say the least. I have based a lot of my decisions on which MP or SP that I am going to visit based on the recommendations that have been posted by other members of CERB. They are a great help in the selection process. That being said, I also think that if one is curious about an MP or SP but is turned off by a lack of reco's they can alleviate any concerns by sending an email, a pm via CERB or a phone call to the MP or SP. Some of the best experiences that I have had were with some MP's or MP's who had a few to no recommendations. I was able to develop a feeling for the potential meeting by email chat, phone conversation and then an encounter. Afterwards I thought that a recommendation from a positive enjoyable encounter was a contribution to CERB... Rodehard
  14. The reason that you get an RMT level massage from Kelly is that if I remember correctly she is actually licenced/certified as a massage therapist. She is just not advertising or working as such. In any event one of the best massages that I have had whether she is an RMT or not, highly recommended! Rodehard
  15. Took the time to visit Kelly and to partake in one of her RMT level massages... She is going to try to get her old membership going and then CERB members can PM her directly. In the interim PM me for address and details if you know her from the past and want to see her again. If I remember correctly she does give receipts for insurance but you would be well advised to ask her in person. Rodehard
  16. I am of the opinion that recommendations help an MP. How many times do you see a post that starts: "Anyone have any info on so & so, I have checked the Recommendations and couldn't find anything". If there was a reco, it could only help the MP in question and help the person asking the question make a decision. I have used reco's in the past in making decisions about who to see and its a great help. I have yet to have a "bad experience" with an MP after doing some research and checking the recos... Rodehard
  17. One can only hope...I am sure that if this is indeed the same "Kelly On Kent" that used to be a member of CERB that she will rejoin CERB. Hopefully it is the same Kelly and we can all share in her wonderful RMT level massages and endings... Rodehard
  18. In the past I used to frequent an indy MP on a regular basis and got to know her as a result. One visit I could feel that something was not right, this was a normally very upbeat lady with a wonderful bubbly personality that was very very dejected and withdrawn. As I mentioned, knowing her, I asked what was wrong and upsetting her. She replied that the previous client had claimed "I forgot my money in the car, I'll be right back", claiming that he was going to get his money, climbed into his car and drove off down the street leaving her in the dust! One can only hope that the MP's who have been ripped off, learn from their experience and take precautions. I also hope that all Hobbiests not take offence to being asked for payment up front on the first or second visit. It only takes one rotten apple... Rodehard
  19. Sensual Erin would be my first and only choice in the west end... Rodehard
  20. I have found that quite a few of the MA's or MP's (Massage provider as opposed to Service Provider) use a pre-screening process when dealing with new clients. Based on past experience I can tell you that on more than once when dealing with the pre-screening I asked what was or was not available or out of bounds. The replies that I got were quite interesting to say the least. I knew what services were available and what were not and it can vary from MP to MP. You can also get to know about the MP and she gets to know you which can lead to a wonderful encounter.... You just have to ask, but be discrete when doing so! A PM or email and ultimately a phone call can save one from stepping over boundries. Rodehard
  21. As my father would say to me when I was on the verge of doing something risky or saying something profound, "Don't let fear and common sense get in the way"... I would think that some people would be well advised to exercise discretion before making statements such as the one in question. Discretion goes a long way in this hobby.... Rodehard
  22. Based on the pictures and recos that I have seen for So.Suky I would not consider her "older". However that being said, perhaps a PM to Slurp might result in some recommendations of "older Asians" for you to pursue. Good luck in your search. Rodehard
  23. Its always nice to see new members join CERB, welcome! As LowDark mentioned in his post, Dignity, Respect for the Ladies and respect for the opinion of other members will go a long way. All I can add is that discretion also goes a long way at CERB. Enjoy yourself! Rodehard
  24. I have to agree with Angela in that a lack of identification of the "Provider Of Interest" makes the information useless in that it becomes hearsay more than anything else. If "the girl is fun and the pics are real' then why not discretely identify the Provider and ask her to consider joining CERB and maybe other members can discover her talents and post recommendations which is what CERB is all about. Rodehard
  25. The first clue that something is wrong is the fact that the message is in your spam box, common sense should prevail after that. Providers that have a legitimate reason to contact you to discuss account will request that you do so by contacting a provided phone number. Rodehard
